I really love the way this one turned out and am doing an entire separate series that was inspired by it.
I've been so overwhelmed this semester with everything but I am feeling good about the amount of work I am getting done.

An old lady sat right in front of me, by a window side of a train compartment. She wore aristocracy like no other; around 75-80 years old, travelling alone from Kolkata. Her son would receive her from the station. She was communicating with her son over the cell phone. She was on the edge of her mood, at times relaxed and sometimes fidgety, as the train was running late. She was an expressive woman, as her gestures reflected her mood. She was ignorant about everything happening in the compartment, as she was eager to reach the station on time. I took a few shots of her gestures with my cell phone camera, secretly. They turned out to be pretty productive, as natural documentation of one’s body languages.

Some friends were discussing their frustration with the floppy Obitsu body used by JerryBerry dolls, so I tried a method recommended by Obitsu and Pullip fans to fix the problem. Hopefully this tutorial will help JerryBerry fans everywhere overcome the body flop!

I suppose I was pleasantly surprised when I heard the news (in pre internet days) that East Kent were progressing their fairly long running policy of re-bodying Reliances. The choice of bodybuilder was however more of a surprise, the Dutch firm of Berkhof. Ensign Bus (Dealer) was involved in the preparation work of the chassis and even gave those chassis new numbers in lieu of their former AEC ones. Doing so allowed them to be eligable for new 1984 registrations, plates which post dated AEC's demise by some five years.
The resultant coach looked brand new and stylish in customers eyes, but mechanically it remained something tried and tested. In my later days as an operator, those aspects were things which drew me to 'need' to own one!

My 60th Anniversary Action Sailor makes his solo debut here! The original box art of the 1960s G.I. Joe sailor featured a deep-sea diver with a combat knife and a bundle of TNT. With Hasbro electing to have its modern-day tribute kitted out in a similar get-up, I suppose it was the look that the project managers considered to be the most "exciting" in the 1960s, and what experts call here in the present, "tacti-cool."
By popular demand, here is a closer look at the ‘gauntlet’ armed body from the early 1970s… She is strung together by a twisted white cord that even run through those arms, but her head is on the usual neck knob that the later dolls all have. The lower arms are made of a softer rubber than the hard plastic upper arms, so they are like big rubber gloves! Because there are crazy Draconian rules on social media that I can’t possibly fathom, Sindy is wearing a few heart-shaped ‘pasties’ to preserve her modesty.
