The only decent shot I got of the Blue Angels from 360 Chicago. I still have to learn how to use this Sony A7. Ayayayayay.
tiny, tiny pale blue flowers lurking amid the long, wild grass behind the dunes along the beach on the East Lothian coast of Scotland, the contrasting blues and greens caught my eye and I knelt down close to try and get a short. Look at the large version and you'll see a number of miniscule insects amid the petals

Today, I think I cracked it. I love the blue hairs on the abdomen.

I was hoping to catch a blue jay in flight but they are so fast moving around that I only ended up with half wings. Someone was feeding them in Shirley's Bay and they stood for a few seconds while picking up peanuts.
