got a couple of new to me hero arts/basicgrey sets the other day and made this card with one of the sets: CL548 Enjoy.

A friend wanted a few cards made up simular to the ones I have already made. This is what I've come up with, as I have trouble doing the same card twice. TFL

I loved this card by Quilterlin!!! www.flickr.com/photos/bearpaw14/3212470341/

thought i would make a shaped card using my favorite spellbinders dies to make shaped cards... labels 21. stamps used are the HA/BasicGrey set "pattern hearts & flowers", "made with love" and "envelope pattern" backgrounder.

Another Basic Grey folder I have had for awhile. The Hero Arts challenge made me use it, and I like how it turned out.

Colored with Derwent Colorsoft pencils. Took this Konnichiwa Paper by Basic Grey as inspiration for coloring. This has really a summer look. For me it is so much joy to see all the flowers during summer!

I love using "Neutrals", so I knew that I would have to play along in the Less Is More #57 Challenge.

Picnic Basket Quilt Pattern using PB&J by BasicGrey and designed by me is now available!

I had a leftover set of squares, so why not put them on the back.

This card is for Hero Arts November challenge (inking theme) and for Holiday Thinking Inking week 6 (surfaces), project 2 (acetate). I love to dry emboss acetate. I made the rosette flower by cutting patterned paper with scalloped scissors, accordion folding it, glueing the ends together and pressing it down. It was then inked a bit and I added glitter to the edges. The black snowflakes were stamped on acetate with Stazon ink. The centre snowflake was stamped on left over paper and I added a epoxy sticker on top. The centre snowflake was raised with foam tape. Silver embossing on the two craft circles. The blue and green circles were stamped with the Flourentine Pattern stamped inked with Shabby Shutters and Broken China and misted with water and perfect pearls before stamping on watercolour paper. The remaining two circles were cut from a paper dipped in distress inks sprayed with water on my craft sheet. TFL!!

Supplies: Hero Arts stamps: Enjoy the Season (CG210); Holiday Sayings (CL343), Flourentine Pattern (S5458), Circle Design (CG219), Music Background (CG222), Friend Definition (CG125); BasicGrey pp; Cuttlebug embossing folder; Distress inks: Broken China, Shabby Shutters, Brushed Corduroy; Versafine Vintage Sepia; Black Stazon; Kaisercraft rhinestones; buttons; acetate.

Here's a peek at the inside. I used a stripey floral from the Hello Luscious line by BasicGrey.

I love this line of fabric! It has been in my closet for a long time, so the cold weather finally inspired me to make this comfy lap quilt.

paper: basic grey/25th & pine stamps: lawn fawn/love you a latte

Quilt made as fundraiser for my daughter's preschool. Had each of the students write their name on a leaf, and appliqued to a "tree" along with apples for the teachers and Oreo, the school pet rabbit! The school initials are "carved" into the tree trunk. Blogged at:

26 new colours of Basic Grey Grunge

Photo 2 of 5

Cover view of the box.

An elegant Origami folded box I made using a new Hero Arts quatro stamp set. I used only the inside part of the stamps so they are small and I think that they qualify for this week's HA "little stamps" challenge. My cards inside the box are 4" x 4".

I used the beautiful new Basic Grey Porcelain paper. On the cover I used the small butterfly from one of the 4 stamps and the large butterfly. Love those butterflies. I covered the large one with Diamond Stickles. I did not stamp any sentiment on the card, because I want to add it when I know what I need : Thank you or For you or Happy Birthday....

saw a runner similar to this here on Flickr so decided to recreate it, making mine one diamond longer.

Here is my attempt at a neighborhood for Christy Tomlinson's Whimsy Winter class. Somehow the trees took over and then the neighbors! Fancy Pants rub-ons. The Snowpeeps were from a Basic Grey paper - cut out and doodled. The girls and critters are from my stamp set - Storybook Village (Stampington).
