Facebook friend has just got the box set DVD of Bugs seasons 1-4 ... As I work in 'the hive' thought I'd get a couple of identifiable snaps of things which appeared in the series.

In the first season Ed lands abseils from the roof through the top window of the the stair tower access corridor. considering how small the windows are he really must be very petite.

The building was empty having been previous occupied by the Financial Times, it was used in several TV shows but none more so than BBC's Bugs. It was most likely chosen for the futuristic industrial asthetic which allowed the Financial Times Printworks to win RIBA building of the year in 1987. It has since been converted for use as a Tier1 datacenter.
