I might have had problems with PS CC 2015 yesterday but at least the BBC weather page kindly included my photograph.
On display at the Museum of Science and Industry in Manchester. Many many years ago I used to own one of these - it was my first computer!
Six BBC Model Bs in all, including one in its original box. At the bottom of the stack, a Microvitec Cub colour monitor, also boxed. In the background, an Apple Lisa 2.

I recently installed BeebEm www.mikebuk.dsl.pipex.com/beebem/ an emulator of the famous 1980's BBC Microcomputer. The screenshot shows the even more infamous Elite game. Ah, the memories come flooding back of a wasted youth playing this game. Way back then I owned an Acorn Electron (the baby sister of the BBC). Infact I still have it, and after all these years it still works :) (they don't make 'em like they used to!). I had to save up my pocket & odd job money for a whole year to help contribute towards purchasing it. Earlier this year (2005) I had the pleasure of meeting Ian Bell the co-writer of Elite, at the LUGRadio Live event, and I managed to get the training manual signed by him (sad I know!). This was the height of gaming back in 80's, and its 3d wireframe graphics was such a WOW factor, especially on an 8bit microcomputer with only 32k memory.
