Protestor insists on standing in front of a police car

first time I have ever been successful at getting rim lighting to work...it's an effect I love, but I have a hard time setting up to get it...here I saw it happening to someone else and sent Mike and Talia over to stand in the same spot. Wish I could be a little more choiceful and figure out how to make it happen at will
