I do not own this photograph

I used auto white balance, no flash, portrait mode, turned the lights off and shined a desk light behind him.

 

This is kind of dark on his face, especially since the light I had was not that bright. It looks kind of cool though the way I shot it. I got lower than he was so the camera was tilted slightly up at him.

I selected the final 10 photos for my architecture photography class's individual assignment. Getting 10 shots was more of a challenge than I thought, but I learned a lot in the process.
