It is beginning to get cooler here so Ginger is wearing one of her cotton tee-shirts. She feels she has to guard the house thus she is frequently on alert.

This section of boardwalk along the Alert Bay waterfront on Cormorant Island leads from the BC Ferries terminal to the Culture Shock Interactive Gallery. They have a cappuccino bar, a gallery, and offer Namgis Roots First Nations experiences like paddling a traditional canoe, cedar bark weaving, and story-telling.

This peep has noticed me, and is craning its neck. Size of Semi-P, breast white, light face and crown, arrow shaped streaks on side, legs black. Both Westerns and Semi-P adults were around, but the juveniles are tough to separate. There are no reddish upper scapulars on this one, unlike this juvenile by Michael Woodruff:

Since the time of year is the same, I'm gonna go with semi-p for this one.

In the view above, the late sun is shining right through the bill and legs, giving them a reddish appearance. However, when the sun goes behind a cloud, the legs are definitely black.

ok, i have a plan! since you guys are all gonna miss me D: this is what im gonna do:
1) originally, i was gonna make a pic for every one of my friends. and i was gonna stay on Flickr until they were all finished and posted. that's gonna take a while ._. but you gotta tell me what you want! one request per person.
2) there's an rpg called Naruto Future that i absolutely loved, and as long as the third sequel stays alive, i'll stay on Flickr.

Alert Blue Tit on the look-out for Starlings. They have real competition from the juveniles these days, although they tend to squabble amongst themselves rather than go after the little tits.
