This pheasant has been haunting our garden for the last few days, mostly feeding on bird food fallen from the feeders. My wife speculates because this is because he is avoiding the 'killing fields' around our property!

The Alert Drone was first designed as an 'intervention installation' for the CIP game in Brisbane in 2004. For this event The Drone was set up in the "Atrium" at Federation Square. It was a wonderful device for creating interest from 'non-playing visitors' who constantly asked players what it was.

I have this young bunny in my yard. It comes everyday in the morning chewing the tall edge grass. I feel bad for it since it has a tick on it's right ear (the side you can't see)....

Jett hanging out with his daddy while we were on a little trip to where I grew up and lived for 34 years.
This guy was the highlight of the period we cruised the inside passage in BC. We were on the balcony watching the scenery pass when this boat came roaring up from from village of Alert Bay. He pulled on up toward the front, stopped and then began playing a trumpet. We were treated to off key versions of Oh Canada, Star-Spangled Banner, God Save the Queen and the Marine Corps hymn. He had to pull ahead for every song as we didn't slow down for the concert. The guy even has a website.
