SOUTH SALT LAKE – Over a hundred volunteers searched through the night looking for a 7-year-old girl missing in Salt Lake County.
Hser Ner Moo, who is of Asian descent, disappeared from the vicinity of her home -- which is located near 2200 South and 500 East in South Salt Lake. Authorities said she was last seen in that area, but did not initiate an Amber Alert.
At around 2 p.m. Monday, the girl apparently got in a disagreement with her 10-year-old brother and went outside to blow off steam, according to authorities. She was last seen wearing a pink coat, blue jeans and black and pink shoes.
"We have been out looking for her since about 6 p.m., since her parents called. Night has fallen. It is cold. We are intensifying the search. We will continue to go door-to-door," said Gary Keller of the South Salt Lake Police Department.
But no. This is Snow Leopard, and a screensaver. Anything could happen, but it probably won't be good.
It didn't take much to wake the owl up from its slumber. He's fully alert and ready to scare off vultures.
