Let's touch on the topic of styles in photos.

Here is a client looking for-looking in pinterest 📲ideas for a photo. He keeps some pictures in the style of pop Art, and others in the style of nude.

And writes✉️ to the first photographer who shoots only weddings 💒. And then what should we do?

1. We have the right to politely refuse the client, describing the situation. For such filming, especially nude, there must be experience. As well as experience in studio shooting.

2. You can agree, and warn that the result may be slightly different. And maybe everything will be perfect if you have studied these shootings.

Share in the comments, did the photographers refuse you?

The first A-108 were commissioned more than forty years ago. Designed for the Colonial Navy as a heavy multi-role assault craft, the Harvester can engage capital ships in space as well as ground targets on planets. It is equipped with a medium blaster and a gimbaled double barrel rail gun to crack through any armour. A torpedo launcher bay and loadout hardpoints under the fuselage complete the offensive means. The independent thrust vectoring twin engines provide atypical maneouverability for this class of starfighters, enabling the A-108 to incorporate a mix of inertial gliding and vectored flight in their attack runs.

While fortunately no wars were raging for the last thirty years, the repeated deployment of A-108 squadrons to suppress secession endeavours of certain colonies has sparked a debate about the use and necessity of this type of offensive craft in peace times.

My entry for the Space Jam Starfighter Contest

I built this coming from the idea of incorporating massive swiveling thrusters at the back and the canopy pieces in the front. Everything in between just happened. My biggest and sturdiest build to date, the Harvester has a rigid Technic skeleton inside. The weight and leverage of the engines proved to be quite challenging for the kinematics and required locked turntables and rotation joints to support the forces.

The play features are:

- mountable drop pod with folded probe drone inside

- two fully poseable thrust vectoring engines

- wide angle 3D-swiveling double barrel rail gun

- retractable landing gear

- full-featured cockpit

i remember when i was away and i couldn't sleep at night. and how i got out of bed and ran down the four flights of stairs, through the halls, down the incline to the student parking, to my silver vw. fighting that cold lump forming in my throat. i remember turning on the heater and the way it made my car smell. my feet were the first to melt.

sometimes i would drive for hours. i would find myself falling asleep by the atlantic ocean. after screaming at the sea and blaming it for everything. i would play that song over again and again until it was like breathing. an involuntary movement and sound that i was no longer aware i was hearing.

its been raining all day. and i've been breathing.

These are my shots for the My Face is My Canvas Emulation Week #4

My boyfriend actually did my make-up for me. We did it all with an eyeliner pencil and some eyeshadow lol. Its still all over my face. The whole time he was doing it I kept asking him if I was pretty. :) He said, "Your always pretty."

I'm going to see Where the Wild Things are with my friend Chris tomorrow night at midnight :) I just downloaded the soundtrack because I was stoked to find out Karen O did it. I love her, she's so crazy.

* its amazing how one's scent can say a lot about the person, don't you agree? ^_~

p.s i meant their signature scent!

My all time favorite perfume is Bvlgari Rose Essentielle ♥ & the new one called jasmine noir, also by Bvlgari!

I kept telling Jett the view was behind him. He kept telling me the view was in front of him. I guess we'll agree to disagree.

A different perspective of The Deep aquarium from the East coast, they say having an odd number of "things" works well, do you agree? three objects and some having three sides!

Contrary to the lettering on the support columns below, I’d have to agree with Luther Vandross, shooting freight engines on the passenger fly-over is “never too much, never too much, never too much…”

A trio of ET44C4s, led by BNSF 3698, spook pigeons from their roost while thundering across the fly-over heading for Metrolink’s Keller yard to retrieve a retired SCAX F59PHI at last light.

My build for BFVA19 sadly didn't get finished before the con's end, but I was able to wrap it up over the past couple of days. I'm sad I didn't get to do the original two plate plan, but I'm still super satisfied with the result! Huge shoutout to Greg, Michael, and George for all their help at the con! Let me know what you think down below :-)

n 1888 Queen Victoria granted Belfast the status of the city and it was agreed that a grand and magnificent building was required to reflect this new status. City Hall opened its doors on the first of August 1906, at a time of unprecedented prosperity and industrial might for the city.

The new City Hall was designed by Alfred Brumwell Thomas in the Baroque Revival style and constructed in Portland stone. The incredible building cost £369,000 to complete, the equivalent around 128 million pounds today but remains an extraordinary beacon of success and civic pride for Belfast.

City Hall has many connections with the famous ocean liner Titanic. Viscount William Pirrie who was Lord Mayor in 1896-1897 just before City Hall’s construction, was also managing director of Harland & Wolff Shipyard. He is the man credited as having the idea for both ambitious builds. He used many of his skilled workmen in the fit-out of City Hall which is why the interiors today are considered an incredible insight into the finish of Titanic’s lounges and suites, the ship’s carving panelling being very similar.

Whether you agree with his politics or not George Orwell was a giant amongst twentieth century writers. I wasn't known at school for being a diligent student but two books I recall reading from start to finish were Nineteen Eighty-Four and Animal Farm. The list of phrases or statements he coined seems almost endless with many now having found a way into our everyday lives. "Big Brother" being an obvious one for a start.

This portrait depicts Eric Arthur Blair, as he was born (he took the name Orwell from a river close to Southwold) and can be found on the Southwold Pier amusement building wall.

Playa de Cofete is what I humbly consider to be the most beautiful place around Fuerteventura Island and I'm both glad and surprise no one is here to agree with me.

So luxouriously secluded.

A week of frigid temperatures made for exceptionally good skating conditions on the Rideau Canal Skateway today. Looks like multitudes of Ottawans agreed.

So this makes a creepy counterpoint to the previous, sunny shot. Here my room light is off, window closed and I have two LED lights (each light has a cluster of three LEDs in the middle) on the roof, with some white paper in between to diffuse the bright light.

Definitely the mood is more eerie here, the diffused light makes everything look flat. And the blue in the light bley bricks seems to dominate more. Even the glossiness of the floor is dulled now and the whole scene feels stagnant? compared to the previous shot.

Beautiful Matterhorn (4,478m high) with full moon before sunrise at Riffelsee.

It was freezing but unforgettable moment!!

Hamhung is the main chemical city in North Korea. We were supposed to visit it.

But the guides cancelled it at the last moment. So instead of visiting the museum with no light inside (real!), we asked for another visit, and they agreed to go in the biggest farm of the area.

We could see the tractors, share pears with people etc.

North Korean agriculture works under quite difficult conditions. Most of North Korea's territory is occupied by mountains and is thus not arable. The little land that is left faces many problems.

In 1995, 2007 and 2011, floods of unsuspected size washed away rice and corn fields, destroying a good part of the crops. These floods brought the population to famine, a problem which is still lingering within the unwealthy North Koreans. For the past twenty years, North Korea has been relying on international aid such as that of the United Nation, Japan or South Korea to feed its people, and the number of people who died from illness related to hunger or malnutrition is estimated to about two million.

Moreover, was it not for the floods, North Korea still has difficulty producing enough to match its population's nutritional needs.

Most agriculture in North Korea relies on manual work. The government tries to compensate the lack of mechanization by implementing programs that call for the farm workers to get up earlier and be at work in the fields “at the break of dawn”, but the lack of productivity itself is not compensated. The still deep-rooted principle of Juche prohibits buying soil fertilizer from abroad, but the country could not afford a lot in any case due to its lack of foreign currency. In the search for exploitable land, people burn off patches of forest on the mountains. The soil being no longer held by tree roots, it in turn brings floods. Another problem is industrial pollution, which seems to come from coal-burning industries, and some cases of acid rains.

One solution seems to be favored by countryside inhabitants ; they make their own garden and sell the products on local markets or on the street, or raise their own animals, such as goats. Goats produce dairy, not a traditional North Korean food, but to which people are gradually getting used.

My Amazing Armory order arrived today, and these are what I came up with. Somewhat plain, but I absolutely love this armor.

After missing the first two days of Texans training camp before agreeing to a five-year, $14 million contract Saturday, outside linebacker Brian Cushing is eager to get on the practice field today with his new teammates.

Cushing, the first-round draft choice from Southern California, is getting $10.435 million in guaranteed money to become the starter on the strong side and help improve a defense that ranked 22nd last season, including 23rd against the run.

“I’m just relieved and excited to have this done,” Cushing said. “I’m ready to play football and help the team win.”

Cushing (6-3, 262) was in Los Angeles when agent Tom Condon reached the agreement with general manager Rick Smith and director of football administration Chris Olsen.

Cushing’s contract could be worth a maximum of $18 million over five years.

In the fifth year of his deal, there’s a clause that could earn him an additional $4 million in an escalator bonus.

Odds are that Cushing’s contract will be extended before he enters the fifth season in 2013.

Smith and Olsen will have all eight of their draft choices under contract when the Texans take the field for the third day of two-a-day drills at their Methodist Training Center.

“It’s very important to have him signed,” coach Gary Kubiak said. “Rick and Chris were up at 3 in the morning trying to get it done. They’ve done a good job.

“Brian’s two days behind now, but he didn’t miss anything we did in the offseason program, so that’s a good thing. He wanted to be here while we were working on the contract, but he couldn’t.”

Rookies who have signed with the Texans report a week early for conditioning and meetings before practicing for the first time with the veterans. Cushing wanted to report with the rookies.

He was working out at Reliant Stadium last week when the Texans had to explain league rules that forced him to leave.

Cushing took what turned out to be a quick trip back to Los Angeles. He returned to Houston on Saturday afternoon.

Texans coaches are excited to get him on the practice field.

“We’re going to put the pads on (Sunday morning), and I know he’s chomping at the bit to get out there,” Kubiak said.

After the Texans used the 15th pick in the first round on Cushing, they inserted him into the starting lineup. He impressed his coaches in the organized team activities and minicamp.

“We like his presence on the ball,” Kubiak said, meaning Cushing has a knack for finding the ball and making plays. “He’s playing over the tight end, and we’re going to ask him to do a great deal. We think he can handle it.

“Brian’s very athletic. He’s physical against the run. He can rush the passer. He can drop into coverage. We brought him here for a reason, and we’re going to put him to work real fast.”

Frank Bush, who is in his first season as defensive coordinator, has to make calls that maximize Cushing’s strengths. The faster Cushing learns, the quicker Bush plans to utilize all his talent.

“We’re going to try to take advantage of all his talent,” Bush said. “Because he’s such a talented kid, there are a lot of things we can do with him.”

The coaches say they think Cushing has everything it takes to become a star at his position.

“Brian can turn and run with the tight end,” Bush said. “He’s big and strong enough to strike them at the line of scrimmage and nullify some of their speed down the field, so we’re comfortable with him in coverage.

“His ability also gives us a chance to be aggressive toward the quarterback. He’s a big guy who’s shown he can get there.”

A morning at the (cold) beach. The composition of this one isn't exactly my favourite, though I love the long, dark shadow.

The same day as this one.

I'm a little confused! Do you think that this is a Downy Woodpecker or a Hairy Woodpecker? I'm 'guessing' Downy, but the beak is really too short for a Hairy and too long for a Downy. Is there one in between?? :)

(Added later: It seems that everyone agrees that he's a Downy Woodpecker. Thanks!!)
