And looking back towards the ground. Just when we got to the top, the clouds swarmed in and we couldn't see anything!

This is my After Effects Logo animation for the company Ascend. I re-made their logo and created a simple, but eye-catching logo.

The original plan was to get up early the next morning to attempt the climb under optimal conditions, but with the late arrival and favorable forecasts, we made the decision to get a little more than 4 hours of sleep. Didn't help us at the start though, as we started up the wrong trail! Hey, we still didn't get a full nights worth of sleep...
No worries though, we quickly realized the trail was going up a different part of the mountain and made the adjustment. This photo shows Adam patiently waiting for the rest of us to catch up. Adam was easily the fittest of us all and could have probably climbed the mountain twice that day.

Its a three-day climb to the top and these two are about 100 feet from the summit of this sheer cliff wall. It rained yesterday, and we saw their glowing tents strung up like party lanterns. I would have liked a closer vantage for this shot, but was short on crampons. View On Black
