Annie Miller (1835-1925) was an English artists' model who, among others, sat for the members of the Pre-Raphaelite Brotherhood, William Holman Hunt, Dante Gabriel Rossetti and John Everett Millais. Her on-off relationship with Holman Hunt has been dramatized several times.

I finally got my lightstand on Saturday, so this was my first chance to test out my equipment on a subject. C&C welcome.
When in Edinburgh we came across this delightful young woman on the Royal Mile who was painting with her feet.
I think she has Cerebral Palsy but that obviously hasn't stopped her using her skills in this way and boy could she chat!
Which is why I didn't get her name.

Elsa is a member of the 'Pig Squad' that looks after four Tamworths on a farm in Perivale, Ealing, London, England, UK. The Tamworths are rare breeds and these four happy pigs comprise two females and two males.

I came walking by his little exibition, he notices my camera.
Him: "Feel free to take pictures of all my pictures!"
Me: "Ok. May I take a picture of you too?"
Him: "Sure!"
And just as I take the picture he points his finger at me and says:
"But NO FLASH!"

After Norris, we headed to the Great Canyon of the Yellowstone, the main attraction being Lower Falls, a gigantic waterfall of 308 feet (94 meters) in height, making it almost twice as high as Niagara Falls. Artist Point is a famous viewing point on the south rim of the canyon, this was taken in the morning.

Nach dem ganzen Schwefelgeblubber ging es für uns weiter zum allerallerallerschönsten Teil von Yellowstone, dem Grand Canyon mit den unglaublich faszinierenden Lower Falls, die mit 94 Metern fast doppelt so hoch sind wie die Niagarafälle (52 Meter).

Street artist Banksy curated a gallery of subversive and satirical pieces based on theme parks. The gallery was located at Tropicana, itself a dismal shadow of its former self, a lido on the coast of the Severn Estuary at Weston-Super-Mare. Tropicana itself was closed around the turn of the 21st century, and has fallen into disrepair since. The installation was assembled largely in secret.
I was particularly amused by this section of graffiti in Jimmy Cauty's model village depicting some seemingly quite complicated maths.
