The Conquest of My Terror Within

From traditional roots to digital dreams

There is repression over and over again

I try to find a word for it

A lifetime of SOS

My bug eye crawls through the night searching for venues and options

And yes, there is a hole in the wall

But I am too weak to stand and too weak to kneel

So I scratch and scrape and scurry from the light

To dwell in fantasy

Forever on alert to my terror within.

Poetry Genre: nihilist, dark ambient, industrial, avant-garde.

An accomplished artist, she was moving store the very day I met her, and what struck me most was her alertness, good humor and willingness to horse around a bit. Good luck, Lisa!

Mexican sombreros. Fredrick spent a lot of time in Mexico in his later years because he had arthritis and the weather in NY is not conducive to that.
