I'm very pleased with myself.
Virtually everything looks to have taken!
I'd have been happy with a 50% success rate.
These are mostly English West Country cider varieties: Tremletts Bitter, Cjisel Jersey, Dabinet and Hangdown. On MM106 root stock so will be reasonably big trees.
The Stranglers - Sweet Smell of Success
Apple falling into water. Long ago as i started photography i didn't know how to get such pictures. Now i do. I still like how simple but impressive it looks.
Ottolenghi apple olive oil cake.
Lightly dusted, not smothered in deliciously tasty maple cream cheese frosting.
The case (with exception of the lid) has a smooth, non-textured feel, typical of many prototypes. Also typical, there is no model number on the case.
Marked “DVT 0063” in marker on the back of the case. The motherboard has no rom chips soldered onboard, instead it has a Flash ROM simm. The motherboard has a slightly different layout than the production models & is marked “WOMBAT AP1823-04 APPLE COMPUTER”. The system boots to Macintosh System 7.5.0.
Circa 1992. Has a 68040 CPU.
My little apple tree is flowering at last. Unfortunately I can't remember the variety all I know is its a mini one that can grow in a pot. I believe its a self pollinating variety, I'm hoping so as there aren't many insects around yet. I do know the fruit is rather tasty but doesn't keep well. This year there is a lot of blossom so I'm hopeful of a good crop.
Processed this with Topaz adjust and tweaked in Serif.

picking apples with Grandpa in the backyard. He only watered two trees at the end, otherwise these would have all been loaded with apples.
I had a good scare this week. The fancy pants 23" Apple Cinema Display I use with my laptop decided to stop working. I googled around for the LED flashing codes I was seeing and found a odd work around to the problem. The 90W power adapter is prone to failure and using a 150W power supply designed for the 30" display seems to resolve the issue. Apparently just bringing in another 90W power supply will not solve the problem. Whatever...I shelled out $150 for a replacement power supply and my monitor immediately came back to life.
