Had half a bag of apples that really needed to get used up so I threw together this chunky apple compote. It had great cinnamon flavor, thick consistency with the sauce, and not too sweet.

Had to sell the previous Mac I owned before (15" mid 2012 model) to my sister as she needs it for her study.
Apple is taking a different path with the launch of the Apple Watch, with online sales and try-on appointments beginning more than two weeks before availability. As a result, Apple Stores did not see the usual long launch lines this morning. I made a Try-On Appointment at the Ala Moana Center store.
