Hmm, I was wondering why this looked a bit rubbish when I realised I had used my smaller snowflake hole punch rather than my larger one. Ho hum. Will keep this for now and try the larger one another day.
03.02.10 - Saving up for something special. I won't actually save much in this, as I only collect 1p, 2p and 5p, but it symbolises (kinda) a milestone which I have reached in saving for my MSc - I have, to-date, saved enough to pay the course fees. I just need to find enough money to live on through the 12 months from September 2010!

Last week, the 3RCR began to arrive on Fort Bragg to participate in the 82nd Airborne Division's Combined Joint Operational Access Exercise 16.1, beginning later this month. The 82nd Abn. Div. is leading a multinational effort to develop an interoperability program with other nations' airborne forces, often their most elite and highly trained military units, to operate together quickly and effectively in future operations. Marine Attack Squadron 311 (VMA-311) is a United States Marine Corps fighter squadron consisting of AV-8B Harrier (V/STOL) jets. Known as the "Tomcats", the squadron is based at Marine Corps Air Station Yuma, Arizona and falls under the command of Marine Aircraft Group 13 (MAG-13) and the 3rd Marine Aircraft Wing (3rd MAW).
