Is it really ten years since Dad passed away? Someways it seems like longer and other times it seems only a short time ago. I wish he knew about this project, he would have been really interested.

I created a triptych last year of Dad's favourite food (see below) and this year I decided to study Maltesers by Macro! Of course this involved a lot of testing to establish if they still taste the same as they always have… they do. We raised a glass of wine as well - Cheers Dad.

In need of some cheering up today, so I went to discuss bikes which could take a child seat so we can get out on some adventures in the summer. Wheelbase were awesome as ever and we drew up a shortlist of one (after discounting the achingly lovely Kona Explosif due to the small matter of cost - which also did for the Yeti and Intense).

I do think this one looks rather fine though - particularly in the 2013 colour scheme.

The twins 3rd birthday is this week, we had their party this weekend.
