My 3rd grade PAL made this camera, with Popsicle sticks and paper. With the amount of Popsicle sticks on the back you can actually hold it up like a real camera.

He was so proud and I was blown away with his drive and problem solving skills.

I'll be crying when our last mentoring day is, he's everything I was at his age, adventurous, curious, aware of politics, creative, inventive, imaginative and giving.

Same subject pulled down to what caught my eye in a sketch, using a large sailor pen. Never thought I'd care much for this type of pen work, but really enjoyed it. Might try it more often! The color dried much lighter than I expected.
