Accident today caused me to be almost an hour late for work. I ended up doing a U-turn in middle of the highway and backtracking to the back-roads.
Made up a little cherry infused whiskey...it should have been Cherry Infused Bourbon...but...well,... you know...🍁

Really? Really? It's a cruel thing when it's nice out and you can only stay awake for 10 minutes at a time before the fever knocks you flat on your butt and back into bed. Really.
Canada can no doubt be extremely cold in winter. Its coldness is however matched by its beauty. For those wondering, they put the maple leaf on the flag for a reason. Maple trees are everywhere. The leaf you see in the photo was transported by the wind and froze in place, like a wax seal to certify that this is indeed a Canadian landscape.
When the second cruiser pulls up and the third rolls by...you're probably not driving away with a warning....
There are several things you should know about Nikon Man
1) He really needs new some new dress cloths, the tie is not super hero worthy..

363/365 - Well this photo was supposed to be a test of wire wool spinning but I bought the wrong stuff so it is missing haha.
This evening I was supposed to shoot with a paid model, but she stood me up. After waiting an hour for her to arrive with no communication whatsoever on her part (not even an excuse), I simply decided to not let the golden hour go to waste. As usual, my wife was sporting a cute outfit and, without missing a beat, she was ready to pose in front of my camera.
349.365 - December 5, 2013 - My wife is a beautician so she does a lot of friends' hair at our house. In an effort to drum up a little more portrait business we thought it would be a good idea to put up some of our work in her corner so that her clients can see the work we do and hopefully think of us for the photography needs in the future. So last Friday night we put up this display in her corner. I think it turned out pretty good and will hopefully be a good plug for the biz.
