I'm not a religious person by any stretch, but this one just seems to go along with the sentiment in my house today.
An amazing find!! Today at lunch my friend, Sarah and I went to a little jewelry/bead/crafty shop that is closing. They had this antique Singer sewing machine for sale, and I just couldn't walk away without it. It is even fully functioning!! Plus, the lid still locks, and the key is still intact. I am a little concerned about the fabric covered cord, but I'm sure someone like my brother could help me replace it. A little extra research into the serial number tells me that this is from 1923 and is either a model 127 or 128. So excited to try and use this!!

I found this day a good time to comeback to my 365 project.
My primary job has been reorganized - so I'm leaving Toyota now after nine years.
It was the reason of the a short break.
My little tiger. He was cracking me up. What you don't see is me taking this pic with a zebra mask on. Haha.
I loved the way the sun made this candle jar sparkle. Also, it made me think of the Frosty the Snowman cartoon -- like he's jumping out yelling, "Happy New Year!" Cracks me up. You probably had to be there.
Day 22/365
So much for getting out of the house today, other than going to CVS at like 6am for more medicine. Been stuck in my bed and feeling worse than yesterday. So, sorry that this picture is pretty bad :( #365project
練習盲拍。
純粹是不敢在市場裡公然舉起雙手拍照。
而且帶了一顆手動測光手動對焦的手動鏡頭，
發現我真的很想要買RICOH GR（？
早上八點的路真的比較清靜，
畢竟大部分人都比我們晚兩個小時出門，
早餐都還沒吃呢。
下午隔壁的死屁孩再次無視我家大門，
聽到聲音時他們已在二樓客廳玩 Wii 。
兇久了會累、會煩，反正知道他怕我就好，
常常吼這種跟我生活在不同次元的純粹是傷害自己，
偶爾地諷刺他及言語逼迫，足矣。
嗯，它是花椰菜。
但是看著竟然會想到碎形呀。

I was more than ready today for a peaceful hour of relaxing beautification... And what I got (although not totally unexpected) was the true price of beauty... a little pain.
Don't get me wrong, my facial was great and got me exactly what I asked for... tinted eyebrows & eyelashes (mine are nearly blonde = invisible), glycolic peel, medical microdermabrasion, lip & eyebrow wax... the works!
But honestly... the tingle, scratch, pluck and rip? I could happily do without those. My always-fabulous visit with my girlfriend Martina was thoroughly productive as usual, but not without paying the pain-price. Maybe next time I'm craving some relaxation time, I might opt for a hot stone massage...
