Today, in a purple sweatshirt and no coat, I sat outside and listened to the wind and the birds as I read a book even though the wind made reading difficult and my hair a hot mess! (And it looks like I need a new cover for my Kindle!)
I liked both versions a lot, and I'm partial to this version myself, but I figured since it's Christmas lights, I should show off the colors. Which version do you guys prefer?
damn autofocus resetting! I should have taken some more shots but I was worried about a car possibly running over my camera. Please ignore me falling out of my clothes.
a good morning to start the day.
laughing planet for dinner,
then a reading down the street
and running into old friends, unexpectedly.

This is for you my dear, my little princess. You can be as strong as you want to be. You can do it, you can show us you're stronger than your fears. We'll do it, i'll be here for you whenever you need a helping hand. Let's walk together and live with passion.
Your best trophy will be your courage, your faith and your hopes... I love you.
I wasn't sure about the 365 project, but there are 2 ladies i love that need my support, my daughter and my mom... I'll be here for them and i'll have a special picture for both of them every day. Mom, you'll do it. Isa you will too.
254.365 -September 11, 2013 - Kicked off our Wednesday night youth Bible study tonight! I only snapped a few pictures myself tonight before I handed my camera off to some of the students to let them take some pictures. They really enjoy it and I usually get some good pictures from it as well. This is a shot I took of my wife laughing with some of the students. I love the energy she has with the youth!

The wall is a barrier between the I-5 freeway and a residential area (which is on the camera side). I thought it was interesting the tree was stuck behind the wall.
My 335 xmas list
1) Sad little xmas bulb (Pink, not red)
2) One black background
3) 2 speed lights, one snooted
4) 105 shots and a bandaid for the place I pounded my head against the wall after trying to control reflections in the middle of an open room (also a reread of light science and magic)
5) a lightbox to control reflections
6) Photoshop CS whatever...
7) I need all of the following layers (bulb layer, background layer, cleanup layer, hue layer (pink to red), cloning layer, burn layer)
I think that is all... but now I fear that my photoshop usage here might get me on the naughty list and I might not get any of these things... 335
