I decided not to go to Kathy's memorial service because I simply can't handle another funeral so soon.
But I thought about Paxton, Kalani, my Dad and Kathy all afternoon.
Day 2 of SP's as advertised. This is the command center where the 365's are polished and hatched.. I have considered shooting and posting the setup several times but I never made the cut. Here is the rundown 23" apple Cinema, 20" HP LCD, Quad Core w/4gb about to be moved to the kids desk. 2 1TB external drives and a 4 bay DROBO. Epson 2400 for dedicated BW and some misc stuff, tablet, etc... If you dont know drobo you need to look into it as a backup solution, it is bulletproof and brainless... my kind of solution. Take it from a former storage guy, all you know about the drive your photos are on right now is that it will die... not might... will. Enough of the happiness.. 293

The Willis Ave Bridge is one of the few bridges in or out of Manhattan without a toll. This footbridge traverses the Major Deegan Expressway along Willis Ave.
I pass by this bridge on my drive home from work daily. On this day, I just happened to have my camera in the car with a red light in front of me. This was shot from the drivers seat as I was waiting for the light to change.

After a stressful day at work, it sure is fun to come home to new shoes on your porch! Those on the left are Tsubo - I loved the pink lining and the fact that these have cushioning :) Those on the right are Fly London - the yellow with gray soles combo makes me happy :) Yay, shoes!
It's Retro Month at our favorite restaurant. They are bringing back 2 favorite items each week that used to be on the menu. This week included a salad that I absolutely love. Yum!! Obviously, we will be going back next week. ;) And, week 4 has the most awesome goat cheese appetizer with tomato marmalade. Can't wait for that one!

I don’t know that this plaza up in Polaris can support any more restaurants with the word ‘Tequila’ in their name. I could be wrong, though! #365project #añejoplease #tequilaisok
A little texture for today. Old base for the garbage cans in the back alley, since replaced with concrete slabs, which should stand up a little better. But. I love the texture of this. Just love it. I know, I know, it's trash. But hey, that's me.
