and running into old friends, unexpectedly.
254.365 -September 11, 2013 - Kicked off our Wednesday night youth Bible study tonight! I only snapped a few pictures myself tonight before I handed my camera off to some of the students to let them take some pictures. They really enjoy it and I usually get some good pictures from it as well. This is a shot I took of my wife laughing with some of the students. I love the energy she has with the youth!

The wall is a barrier between the I-5 freeway and a residential area (which is on the camera side). I thought it was interesting the tree was stuck behind the wall.
We live in an area with quite a few Amish. It’s not unusual to find their traditional horse and buggies in the parking lot next to our modern vehicles.

After church today the deacons had too much energy. After deciding to build human pyramids right after the lesson. They ran out to the parking lot where one of the best climbing trees ever created is planted. I remember climbing on it any chance I could when I was a kid.

We turned on the water at the house we are buying and found a leak coming from one of these hookups for the washing machine. We didn't think much of it at first, just put a bucket under it. But we were told the leak had to be fixed before it could pass an inspection. So I decided to fix it myself and replace the fixture. Can you tell which is the new one?
