I visited Oregon this past week for a family wedding and family vacation. It was absolutely gorgeous there when the weather was clear. I would have uploaded a picture of the amazing coastline we stayed on, but this is much better in the composition area. There were more flowers and green things than I've ever seen, and the air smelled so clean and fresh. If only I could tolerate constant gray skies and miserable winters I might move there some day!
I won't be uploading the next 2 or 3 weeks.

Oh, this boy of mine. So determined to grow his hair out - he tells me he wants to donate it for a wig for cancer patients. I'm not sure Jamie and I will last that long, he refuses to brush it or wash it and it is constantly in his eyes. He tried wearing barrettes to school, and was rather surprised when people commented that he looked like a girl. He told us that it hurt his feelings a little bit - but then he opted to wear them for the next couple of days!!! Wish I had his confidence:-)
The 1946 Argus 21 Markfinder was a forward leap for Argus, but it basically combined the shutter of the C3 in the metal body of the A3. It wasn't as easy as that, though, the limited space required a totally new shutter design, resembling the C3 only in its behind-lens placement. The f/3.5 lens was removable for use on an enlarger, but no other lenses were offered and the lens thread was not compatible with that of the C3. The "Markfinder" feature was the world's first projected-frame viewfinder, based on a trick Argus had learned during the war; but they could not figure out a way to combine this new feature with a rangefinder, so the 21 is a scale-focusing viewfinder camera. When market realities led to the camera's evolution to the rangefinder C4, the projected-frame feature was dropped.

It was my birthday yesterday and I am officially 21 years old! I don't really drink much but now it feels weird that I can. I don't feel 21...heck I still don't feel like I'm 20 yet! I'm still a kid at heart, and it's hard to transition into adult life. What I realized today is that things aren't going to slow down for me anymore. I'm graduating college next year and finding a real job after that. It's scary I know....but I have one thing to say... BRING IT ON!

Fue la versión más alta en la primera fase. Contaba con todo el equipamiento posible: a parte de lo anterior hay que sumar el cuadro digital con ordenador y las llantas de aleación y frenos ABS. Como opción en la serie Manager podía llegar a montar asientos de cuero. En la segunda fase podía llegar a montar espejos eléctricos, elevalunas eléctricos traseros y climatizador automático. Montaba el mismo motor que el GTX de 120 cv., aunque las últimas versiones, que fueron catalizadas, contaban con un motor de 2200cc y 110 cv.
