One day of relief.
A break from winter. This Friday it was over 5C. Next day, it was -15C. What kind of country do I live in!
A simple portrait of you speaks volumes. Those sparkly eyes and that beautiful shy smile tell me you haven't lost your imagination or infinite curiosity.
And your features will be slightly different in the months and weeks from today. You have long lost the full baby face you claimed for so many years and in it's place are those cheekbones much like my own. But the freckles. The freckles seem to be here to stay and that makes my heart happy. Those are from daddy and I prayed you would get them.
I thought I would be terrified of the teenage years, but oh Lily. I am so loving getting to know you. You are lovely.

So ein Bild, welches ja in Amerika auch gern gemacht wird, war schon immer mal ein Traum von mir. Hier bot es sich an.
Tage vorher hab ich es schon mal zur "Rushhour" versucht, aber da kann man ständig von der Straße hüpfen. Morgens hingegen kann man die Autos die einem da begegnen an einer Hand abzählen.

Lola is a promoter at the Huawei stand in the Mall of Emirates.
Lola and my stranger #20 (Erika) were working for the same company. After taking Erika's photo, I just had to ask for Lola's as well. Loved that red curly hair. Even with all the different kinds of people living in Dubai, I had not been able to photograph a red head before. I actually did see a beautiful lady with red hair about a month ago but did not have the guts to go up to her at the time :|

A look at some of the buses that were present at the Reading Buses Open Day in July 2018. They included Reading Buses Scania K250UB4 / Irizar i3 B41F 21 YN17ONF.
So I am in Ashbourne, County Meath, with a fellow photographer, and we call in to the recently opened "Ashbourne Photography Centre", where I met my new stranger.
Michael has a fantastic set-up in the new centre. It includes , individual CPU's for photography students, twin enlarger darkroom facility for film development and B&W traditional fine art printing, and a full professional studio set-up.
Michael is standing in front of some of his images, which were part of his Bachelor of Arts Honors Degree in Photographic Studies. Michael's project was called, "Fragments" , a 12 month long research into the aftermath of road fatalities here in Ireland.

Gosaikund is located in the Langtang region of Nepal. Langtang area is a popular place to visit among trekkers and pilgrims. (en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gosaikunda)
The Langtang area is supposed to have 108 holy lakes, of which 85 have been identified. For Hindus Gosaikund is the holiest of these lakes.
According to the Puranas, during Samundra manthan 13 items were released before Dhanvantri emerged with the pot of Amrit. (en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Samudra_manthan)
One of the items that came out was a poison called Halahala. Since, there was no place to safely dispose it off, Shiva agreed to hold it in his throat. But the poison was so potent that it turned his neck blue, hence, the name Neelkanth, and started burning his throat. Since there was no water nearby, Shiva threw his Trishul on ground and the place where the Trishul struck three water fountains spurted out. These became the three lakes: Saraswatikund, Bhairavkund and Gosaikund. After drinking water from Gosaikund Shiva disappeared in the kund.
The poison imparted its blue color to the water of Gosaikund and even today the area around the lake is barren.
I saw Papa Robin bring Mama Robin food this morning and she dropped it into the nest, so I got excited because I knew they (at least one) had hatched. When Mama Robin left, I ran out there in my PJs and looked. Two were already hatched and one more was struggling to get out of it's egg.

Czech MIG-21 PFM
The most widely produced supersonic jet fighter of all time, the MiG-21 (Western designation: Fishbed) Production began in 1959, and it entered service soon after. Although no longer in production, after over 50 years (counting Chinese production), more than 10 000 units were produced, serving in 50 countries. It holds the record for the most-produced jet aircraft. The MiG-21 continues to serve in around 20 countries to this very day.

I chose Forever 21 for this challenge, and I was particularly inspired but an specific collection: The Cirque 21 Collection. Loved those playful and colorful ads!
I'd also like to apologise for being late for this challenge. I really didn't want to cause any trouble and I promise it won't happen again.

Aan het einde van de middag op zaterdag 28 januari 2017 heeft de RRF 21 een deel van de GTS shuttle naar Bologna bij de C.RO terminal op de Botlek uitgehaald. Tijdens zijn rit naar emplacement Botlek rijdt de trein langs de Merseyweg. Na aankomst zal de trein worden gecombineerd met de wagens van de Maasvlakte waarna deze naar Duisburg zal vertrekken.
