Much like yesterday we had some good color in the clouds as the sun set today.
We where also treated to a very warm day, it got up to 51 degrees, not bad for January 7th.

The grain elevator was heavily damaged by a wind storm in January 2021. Sadly, the leaning gable roofed cupola has since collapsed.

As everyone rushes about on the eve of Christmas Eve 2021, a sense of calm & of course reflection as the Customs House along the River Liffey beams with the annual "Winter Lights ", nicely reflecting in the river itself.
Grilled halloumi cheese on a salad with bacon all served on a home-made waffle. A my grill is broken I thought to grill the cheese in my waffle maker and the cheese got stuck and was finished off in the frying pan.
