One son comes home...while one daughter and child are still stranded in the USA awaiting a civilian visa to go back HOME~ to Italy where her husband waits...and waits... and waits...

NR38, with NR38 missing on the front, leads Southern Spirit liveried NR84 & AN1 past the row of trees near Wingello while working Pacific National’s 5MS2 intermodal service. NR38 was added to the front after the train had stopped around Donnybrook for some time. Friday, 5th April 2019.
An addendum: The selection of this photo for inclusion in Explore is a bit of an embarrassment. My photographic skills and the quality of this image are vastly inferior to those taken by many far more deserving. Let me assure you that all your photos bring me immense pleasure! However, this unexpected selection has given me a rare opportunity to reach a larger population than might otherwise see my images or read my descriptions.
Let me tell you who I am missing. She is my sweet sister, my best friend and my sidekick in all of life's adventures. She died in June of ALS. The pain, the struggles and the courage of those impacted by this disease cannot be fully described or understood unless you are afflicted yourself or know someone diagnosed with this disease. Last night I stopped at the pond and took Ernie and friends some cracked corn. All the usuals appeared. But no Ernie. At first I didn't think anything of it, sometimes he goes off to nap. The longer I sat there the more I worried. Ernie never leaves the pond. He may hide, but he never leaves.
The rival male and female were chasing off Ernie's male and female as well as others. I fear the worst. I walked around looking for him, hoping he decided to nap somewhere. I didn't see him. I called for him as well, no Ernie.
I went back out a short while ago. No sign of Ernie anywhere. I emailed the game warden to see if anyone reported an injured or dead duck and included a photo.
Next, I will post a few signs out there. I hope that he was rescued if injured. I fear the worst.

You would have been just under a month give or take my little pumpkin. you were loved before we knew you were there and loved even now that you are gone. its hard when we think of the things we would of done togther like putting your handprints and foot prints on your first pumpkin. you would of weight as much as one of these pumpkins. losing you was one of the hardest days. but I know your in good hands. we light a candle and put out a white pumpkin out to remeber you always little one.

It's been a while now since I have been in the alpine. Too busy traveling, working and planning a wedding among many other things that keep my life in the lowlands. I am really looking forward to getting out there!

Here is Peoples Bus Optare Solo Y1 BUS (YJ60 LUW) 0101 was seen pictured at Liverpool ONE bus station with a route 4A to Dingle Circular. This bus was new to Ashton of Gaerwen as in October 2010 and it was previously from H.D.A Travel as N10 HDA. 13/10/18

Dang it!!! I missed my flight back to Atlanta and I miss my boys soooooooooooooooo much! Now I'm late even 5 more hours!
I took this shot laying on my stomach almost but end up missing the setting sun. Oh well, I still like it.

(Canon 10-22 would have been the right lens if I wanted the mountain in the back and definitely higher f-stops. However, available light, no tripod, and energy wasn't on my side. :-)
