To me, this is the best season to visit Provence….Unfortunately, I can’t go there this year…But, every night, when I lay down on my bed, I smell it thanks to the Lavender Pillow that I’ve got from one of the smallest villages in Provence…. To the memory of my lovely Provence, I initiated a new photo series: Missing Provence. Missing Melody
While the wind and snow blow around us, I returned in my mind to the past, where we expected snow and wind, and where most birds migrated.
This is a female redpoll. We had several irruptions of them, and took advantage of that in 2015 by opening a kitchen window partway. Joyful!
Not been able to go outside due to hurting my back, Shot an amazing Sunset the other day, but nothing in the forground wanted to use it. The Gondola was taken many years ago in Venice
I was just commenting on how beautiful the rusty patina can be on these old tractors. This one is almost no longer recognizable as such. I have no idea what the make is. One of my favorite parts of this tractor is the steering wheel. Also, the fact that the seat no longer faces front, but is turned toward the tire. That will make it easy for you to run along and help push it while steering with your left hand.
I’m really surprised no one has tried to save this beauty!
