Signs at an abandoned highway stop, Halloran Springs, CA, backlit by a bright moon. Vintage signs that some might still notice when driving between Los Angeles and Las Vegas. One person proposed beneath this sign. I love happy stories. She said yes. He purchased this print for their anniversary! This photo also appears in my first book "Abandoned Southern California: The Slowing of Time", a book of history and night photography. Illuminated by a handheld ProtoMachines LED2 light and a full moon while the camera shutter was open.
