Otro intento más de ser original en un lugar tan híper fotografiado que se queda en eso, en intento. Me quedo con lo que me divertí y sudé para poder conseguirla. El lugar en el que estaba colocado se rompía literalmente haciendo que me resbalara constantemente. Una pena que el dragón esté varado en la arena y no se pudiera ver más que una pequeña parte de la cresta en el agua. Lo dicho, mucha diversión y más con la compañía de Rachel (posando) @grulla_otonal_photo , Alex @naturasphoto_ y su chica .
En cuanto a la imagen, unas 90 fotos para la panorámica y bracketing que me han tenido entretenido unas pocas horas

Thekkady(Idukki district) is a town near Periyar National Park, an important tourist attraction in the Kerala state of India. The named Thekkady is derived from the word "thekku" which means teak. This place experiences a pleasant climate all over the year. It drops to its lowest in the month of December-January and highest in the month of April-May.
Thekkady is located about 257 km (160 mi) from Trivandrum, 141 km from Madurai City and Madurai Airport, 145 km from Cochin International Airport and 114 km from Kottayam railway station. Thekkady is located near to Kerala-Tamil Nadu border. The sanctuary is famous for its dense evergreen, semi-evergreen, moist deciduous forests and savanna grass lands. It is home to herds of elephants, sambar, tigers, gaur, lion-tailed macaques and Nilgiri langurs. Due to the density of the forest sightings of elephants and in particular, tigers are highly unlikely.
The Periyar Wildlife Sanctuary is spread across 777 km2 (300 sq mi), of which 360 km2 (140 sq mi) is thick evergreen forest. The wildlife sanctuary was declared a tiger reserve in 1978. The splendid artificial lake formed by the Mullaperiyar Dam across the Periyar River adds to the charm of the park. The greatest attractions of Periyar are the herds of wild elephants, deer and bison that come down to drink in the lake. The sanctuary can be accessed by trekking, boating or jeep safari.
Thekkady is considered a haven for natural spices such as black pepper, cardamom, cinnamon, nutmeg, nutmace, ginger, and clove.

Sunrise 2016-12-28 Wednesday. As the forecast predicts overcast and cloudy conditions thru the 31, this was the last visible sunrise of 2016 in my part of the world.
Lion Rock at Piha from the estuary. About half an hour after sunset. I used the Protomachines LED 2 to light paint the rocks with blues and purples.

A different perspective on the Barwon River bridge, a view from beneath it, I just liked how the colours just work well together, hoping you like it.
The Orion Nebula (M42) this long exposure (10 hrs) was taken using luminance and narrowband filters, my Explore Scientific ED 102 mm telescope, and a dedicated astrophotography camera in my backyard.
The Heart Nebula IC 1805, located about 7500 light-years away from Earth and is located in the Perseus Arm of the Galaxy in the constellation Cassiopeia.

Il ponte Pietra è un ponte di Verona sul fiume Adige, l'unico rimasto di epoca romana. Il ponte si colloca in un punto che fin dalla Preistoria doveva presentare un guado, punto d'incontro cruciale tra diverse vie di comunicazione a cui si deve la nascita della città di Verona.
The Pietra bridge is a bridge of Verona on the Adige river, the only one left from the Roman era. The bridge is located in a point that since prehistoric times had to present a ford, a crucial meeting point between different ways of communication to which we owe the birth of the city of Verona.
Was walking around in the highlands of Teneriffe - a true photographers heaven. After a very fine sunrise walked by this natural window and of course I to take the shot. Back in the studio, I am quite satisfied with the result. I really like the dark shadows on the foreground bushes and stones and the morning light on Pico del Teide.

Part of my Surfcoast /Great Ocean Road trip. Landed in Torquay and the weather had been ordinary for a couple of days, luckily this particular morning the weather was kind and gave me a chance to take a few shots.
The Crab Nebula AKA, M1 (Messier 1), NGC 1952, Taurus A is a supernova remnant and pulsar wind nebula in the constellation of Taurus.. It is about 6,500 light-years from earth and contains a pulsar neutron star, which would explain the brightness of the cloud. I took this image using narrowband filters over many nights for more than 11 hours of exposure time.
