Our best, not a basket case!
In our zeal to do our best, strive for success, or unattainable worldly perfection, we can end up a big mess!

We have to really assess our thoughts, motives, and actions and stop having what I think of as a "God Complex"...thinking we can do it all.
_
Christ is our strength but we need to remember that His strength is unlimited and ours isn't!
_
Seriously, do you really think you can do everything on your own without the help of God and others? Well, YOU CAN'T!
_
It's really by His design that you can't do it all because you need to be dependent on Him and in part, others He's placed in your life.
_
He wants us to be a blessing and not a basket case!
_
He wants our best, not for us to be burned out! (Not that He won't minister to us if where at that place of course...but burnout should be avoidable.)
_
He wants sacrificial service and giving and not stressed out obligatory service or giving.
_
If you are in Christ, stop pursuing the unattainable perfection because He is The Author and Perfecter of your faith...not the other way around.
_
Christ wants your faithful, sacrificial, and best service but that doesn't mean burnout or break down...so STOP IT!
_
Stop believing burnout is just normal...because it's not normal nor is it healthy.
_
Speaking from experience...you won't be useful to Him or anyone else, including yourself if you are in that state or continually heading down that path.
_
As we live the life He's given us, let's pray for one another in Jesus name that we will focus on pursuing Him alone as we live and work for His pleasure for for His kingdom and glory!
