You feel bad, and you have doubts before you walk through this passage that connects to different temple halls. And you come out feeling well because you really believe your prayer is about to be answered.
Red, corresponding with fire, symbolizes good fortune and joy. Red is found everywhere in Chinese culture.
I took many temple shots during my Beijing trip, but I didn't know how to present them out of traditional ways, I finally cracked it and this is just the beginning.

Église Saint-Séverin. One of the less visited. but to me one of the most beautiful churches in Paris, wish I had more time to spend few hrs. as the sun changes reflects though such mesmerizing stained glass art. Spent more time just in awe at this medieval house of our lord.

In our darkest, deepest moments, when the last ray of hope is also gone,what really get you through is faith. I captured this person in front of Nallur Kovil in Jaffna and he made me ponder for a moment what a miraculous thing faith is!!

Originally built in the 12th century this church was remodeled in the 15th and 16th century in flamboyant Gothic style.

This is a closeup shot of a door on the Nativity Facade portico of the Basilica de la Sagrada Familia in Barcelona, Spain. The portico is comprised of three entrances devoted to the Christian Virtues Faith, Hope and Charity. The bronze and glass doors were designed by Japanese sculptor, Etsuro Sotoo in the style of Gaudì. Unfortunately, due to the throng of tourists, I was unable to photograph the other doors but as you can see from this one, they are absolutely stunning.
