Developed from the ground up as a fully-electric truck on GM’s advanced Ultium EV Platform, the Silverado EV offers a combination of capability, performance and versatility, along with advanced technologies that can evolve the vehicle over time. In spring 2023, the Silverado EV will debut a WT model offering a large range battery with an expected GM-estimated range of over 400 miles on a full charge. In the fall of 2023, a fully loaded RST First Edition model, also including a 400-mile range, will debut with an MSRP of $105,000 + DFC. After production ramps up, Chevrolet will unleash the full Silverado EV portfolio including WT with a starting at MSRP of $39,900 + DFC, RST, Trail Boss and more with the ability to content the truck across various price ranges, with MSRPs around $50,000, $60,000, $70,000, $80,000 and more. This will allow customers to choose the truck that meets their capability and pricing needs.

Clipper is the result of a study in style and engineering focusing on tomorrow’s world and cities: this sporty MPV has a technological spirit and a green heart.
Thanks to the versatile MQB modular platform developed by Volkswagen Group, it can accommodate up to 6 people, seated in three rows of two seats; it features an electric powertrain comprising two 110 kW motors, housed one up front and one at the back, guaranteeing a range of 540 km. It has four-wheel drive with fully independent wheels. The battery packs are housed in the floor, specially designed to afford maximum protection against accidental impact from the road while driving.
The design for the passenger compartment’s outfit of Clipper represents the true revolutionary element of this concept car. Effective use of space, combined with original and highly innovative architectural solutions, not to mention the use of brand new technology that emphasises user-friendly, intuitive design, makes Giugiaro Clipper a veritable automotive research & design lab.
The six occupants can all get into the car at the same time thanks to the simultaneous opening of the doors and the absence of the B-pillar: with this architectural solution, Clipper offers one single, wide opening for access to the interior.

This 1602, to all appearances the same of thousands of 02s that helped build BMW's success, is 100 % electric. It was unveiled at the Munich Olympic Games in the heart of Bavaria, BMW territory. The 1602 was in full running order using an ingenious system of interchangeable batteries. It was the first step on the road that led to today's i-BMW's.

BYD and Alexander Dennis had significant success working in partnership on the Enviro200EV battery-electric single-deck and the Enviro400EV double-deck. That collaboration ended a couple of years ago and each builder is now producing its own range of fully built-up products. National Express West Midlands took a large number of this first-generation Enviro400EV, all of which are in this rather bland grey livery. Here an early example, E014 (LF20 XOP) is seen in front of the Selfridges building while working a 50 journey to Druids Heath.

Dins de les activitats dels 30 dies en bici Barcelona, els fotògrafs Xavi Calvo @calvox i Sergi Periche @sergiperiche ens unim per realitzar un projecte fotogràfic anomenat 'Retrats ciclistes' on descubrirem diferents perfils de persones ciclistes, on la bici gira al voltant de la seva vida, ja siguin ciclistes de tota la vida o de fa un any, urbans o esportius, mes o menys actius, sense importar sexe o edat.

Hoy nos encontramos con 2 italianos de Milán que representan con todas y cada una de las letras, y en mayúsculas, el lema: ‘EL CICLISMO NO TIENE EDAD’ ó como dijo una gran científico: «La vida es como montar en bicicleta, para mantenerte en equilibrio es necesario permanecer en movimiento». - Albert Einstein
Ellos son Giovanna e Uliano Mascetti y tienen 80 años, y para mantenerse como están de bien a su edad y con ese humor, desde luego han permanecido en movimiento constante y ‘pedaleante’.
Viven a caballo entre Milán y Barcelona, hacen turismo en bicicleta, conocieron Barcelona por que uno de sus hijos vino a vivir aquí, y la Ciudad Condal les encanta por que dicen que es mucho mejor para pedalear que Milán, más segura y ciclable. Recorren la ciudad en bicicleta, y casi todos sus trayectos se sustentan sobre unos pedales!
Nos citan el día de la Fiesta de la Bicicleta -24 de marzo 2019- en el Pg. Lluís Companys, donde están situados todos loas stands de las diferentes entidades y asociaciones ciclistas, donde se hacen diferentes actividades y en definitiva donde se celebra la fiesta de la Bicicleta en Barcelona, también hacemos algún retrato en el nuevo rompeolas donde les encanta ir. Nos citan este día por que cada año van con sus bicicletas plegables a esta Fiesta de la Bici, y por que les gusta mucho el ambiente. También nos confiesan que un año sacaron una foto de ellos en la vanguardia –Fiesta de la Bicicleta 2016-
Después de hablar un rato con ellos la verdad es que salta a la vista la energía y buen humor que desprenden, tienen un sentido del humor increíble, y todo lo dicen con simpatía y un punto de ironía, le sacan el punto de humor a todo, y eso los hace más entrañables y simpáticos. Buscamos sitio, nos sentamos, charlamos y reímos…
1.- Que hacen 2 italianos de Milán en Barcelona?
G & U - Venimos a visitar a nuestro hijo que vive desde hace 25 años, y nos gustó la ciudad, nos parece mejor para vivir que Milán. Nuestro método de transporte es la bicicleta; vamos a Badalona en bicicleta, vamos al Ikea en bicicleta, vamos al Cosmo Caixa en bicicleta, vamos a Montjuic en bicicleta…
2.- Por que dices que es mejor que Milán?
G & U - En Milán hay mucho tráfico más tráfico que en Barcelona, casi como en Roma, y menos respeto hacía los ciclistas, menos infraestructura ciclista, calles muy estrechas con menos espacio muchas calles de adoquines y en el centro hay mucho tranvía, en definitiva: poco espacio en la calzada.
G - La última vez que fuimos a Milán me choqué con una furgoneta que no me vio, aún tengo algún morado del golpe però a pesar del accidente estoy bien, estoy acostumbrada a caerme, aquí en Barcelona me he chocado con otros ciclistas , no pasa nada, me gusta caerme (muchas risas). Conozco todos los hospitales de emergencias de Barcelona (más risas)
3.- Cuantos años hacen que váis en bicicleta?
G- Empecé con 5 años… Siempre me he movido en bicicleta a pesar de ser más peligroso pedalear por Milán. La usaba para visitar a mi hermana en la otra punta de Milán, por ejemplo, siempre que podía, siempre en bicicleta.
Hemos hecho mucho ciclismo urbano, mucho turístico por las ciudades, y alguna vez alguna ruta por el sur de Francia en la zona de los canales.
4.- Creéis que haber ido en bicicleta toda la vida os ha ayudado a estar en mejor estado de salud a vuestra edad?
G- Absolutamente!
U- Ciertamente, seguro que si!
G- Nos va muy bien, y con este tiempo tan bueno siempre vamos en bicicleta, por ejemplo vamos 3 veces por semana a Montjuic a las piscinas a nadas, cogemos la escalera móvil para subir, pero hasta allí en bicicleta siempre!
5.- Váis con estás bicis -2 Moma plegables-¿
G- Siempre vamos con estás bicicletas, aunque ya nos han robado muchas bicis, la última vez en un banco, mientras sacábamos dinero dentro del banco con las bicis dentro, al darnos la vuelta las bicicletas ya no estaban… (risas)
6.- Cuantos kilómetros hacéis a la semana?
U- Unos 20 o 25 km aproximadamente.
G- Vamos del centro de Barcelona a la escuela de vela, a Montjuic, al fórum, al parque Cervantes, a Badalona, al Ikea… nos movemos mucho (risas)
6.- Y habéis hecho la pedalada de esta edición de la fiesta de la bici -11km de recorrido- ?
G- Si, no es la primera vez que la hacemos, la hemos hecho varios años…
U- Un año -2016- nos sacaron una foto en la Vanguardia, entre miles de personas salimos nosotros en la foto de la portada de la noticia, nosotros –viejos- junto a una niña, supongo que sería por eso (muchas risas)
7.- En Milán hay eventos como este de la Fiesta de la Bicicleta, que os parece este evento?
G- Barcelona es mágica… Lo tienes todo. La gente es muy deportiva, la gente es muy activa, la ciudad no duerme. Para nosotros la organización es muy buena, sobretodo la organización médica y de la Seguridad Social. En la próxima vida me quedo aquí también. (más risas)
8.- Conocéis la iniciativa de los 30 días en abril en bicicleta?
G- No lo conocíamos, pero nos parece genial, no vanos todos los días 100% en bicicleta, pero si muchos.
9.- Compartís pedaladas con más gente?
G- El problema también es que la gente que nosotros conocemos es mayor y no va en bicicleta y no es muy deportiva, van con el bastón… (muchas más risas)
10.- Que os parece la convivencia en la vía urbana con los vehículos a motor y otros elementos?
G- Aquí en Barcelona nos parece que la convivencia es muy buena, nunca tengo problemas con los conductores, solo una vez que estaba andando por la acera y la bicicleta en el borde de la calzada y pasó un taxista rozándome la bicicleta y tocando el claxon como loco y se enfadó mucho. En Italia como dije antes es mucho más peligroso.
Ah si! He visto una diferencia, aquí los coches no te dejan espacio en la calzada, en Italia te dejan respirar un poco más, te dejan más espacio. Aquí los coches van muy a la derecha y te pasan cerca, allí te dejan más espacio, y se muere un poco menos… (risas)
U- Aquí hay mucha educación, tenéis una educación que envidiamos,
G- Venimos de un país peligroso, y para nosotros esto es el paraíso… si no venir a Napoles… (muchas risas)

For many years BYD bus products in the UK and Ireland were built in partnership with Alexander Dennis on the basis of the Chinese manufacturer supplying the chassis and the other party bodying it. That has now come to an end and BYD is offering its own complete BD11 double-deck battery-electric along with the B12 single-deck model. Go-Ahead London was quickly in for the BD11 and now has a good number of them in service, such as EBD79 (LF74 TWZ) seen here arriving in North Greenwich while working a 129 journey to Gallions Reach via the new Silvertown Tunnel.
The purchase of Chinese electric buses for use in the UK has become a hot political topic with Alexander Dennis proposing closure of its factory in Falkirk and a 'suspension' of manufacturing in Larbert, with production to be consolidated at the former Plaxton plant in Scarborough. For now, Chinese products continue to flood into the market.
