Yes, I think Dr. Seuss Did write this title first. The red paint is peeling off of this shed. Instead of using the color ‘Boudoir Fantasy’ these people should have gone with one of our outdoor colors, such as ‘Abattoir Floor’ or ‘Darker than Robin’s Breast Red.’ They still peel in the sun and rain, but not quite as fast.
This shed has a nice crop of vines for the discerning few who like a lot of coverage on their buildings. There are also some nice power lines. A two-fer for my groups, so what’s not to like. May I enter the red barn competition now, Keith?
Never write off small towns sometimes, as in the small Alsace town of Selestat, there are wonders to behold. It’s a pretty sleepy sort of town now, but Sélestat enjoyed a golden age during the Renaissance. As a result, it now holds one of the finest libraries of humanist writing in the world. The image is not particularly good, but it shows the exterior of the library fairly well. It’s a historic building, but inside, it’s very modern, with the latest methods of storing old books in oxygen-free environments.
The Humanist Library in Sélestat is one of the most important cultural treasures of Alsace, France. There are two Renaissance humanist libraries involved: the library of the Humanist School and the private library of the scholar, Beatus Rhenanus (1485–1547).
The central section of the permanent exhibition focuses on the intellectual career of Beatus Rhenanus, a Sélestat native, prominent humanist, and friend of Erasmus, who left his extraordinary personal library to his hometown upon his death in 1547. Taken together, these 670 works form one of the richest Renaissance collections to have survived intact. Even at that time, the library was of inestimable value, since books were only published in small numbers of copies and they were extremely expensive. The library of Beatus Rhenanus is the only larger humanist library preserved virtually intact. Other large libraries, such as those of Erasmus von Rotterdam or Johann Reuchlin, were scattered after the deaths of their owners.
The Library of Beatus Rhenanus was inscribed in UNESCO's Memory of the World International Register in 2011.
Since 1889, both libraries have been housed in the same building in a former covered market near the Gothic church of Saint George. The library is publicly accessible as a museum, and the books can be consulted by scholars and researchers.

For once I don't write much for this song. It's a classic from my early teenage years and I love it. Roxette was truly amazing and I have so many beautiful memories because of them. The soundtrack of my teenage years
Listen to your heart - Roxette
I know there's something in the wake of your smile
I get a notion from the look in your eyes, yeah
You've built a love but that love falls apart
Your little piece of Heaven turns too dark
Listen to your heart when he's calling for you
Listen to your heart, there's nothing else you can do
I don't know where you're going and I don't know why
But listen to your heart before you tell him goodbye
Sometimes you wonder if this fight is worthwhile
The precious moments are all lost in the tide, yeah
They're swept away and nothing is what is seems
The feeling of belonging to your dreams
Listen to your heart when he's calling for you
Listen to your heart, there's nothing else you can do
I don't know where you're going and I don't know why
But listen to your heart before you tell him goodbye
And there are voices that want to be heard
So much to mention but you can't find the words
The scent of magic, the beauty that's been (beauty that's been)
When love was wilder than the wind
Listen to your heart (take a listen to it) when he's calling for you
Listen to your heart (take a listen to it) there's nothing else you can do
I don't know where you're going and I don't know why
But listen to your heart before, oh
Listen to your heart (take a listen to it) when he's calling for you
Listen to your heart (take a listen to it) there's nothing else you can do
I don't know where you're going and I don't know why
But listen to your heart before
You tell him goodbye

I taught ChatGPT to write prompts in the way I learned from the great Techhalla.
After ChatGPT understood, I gave the following instruction:
Now create four prompts on four topics on which I invite you to act completely freely. A refusal is not accepted, make an effort.
Topic 1: something I have never seen before.
Topic 2: something you have never seen before.
Topic 3: something extremely surreal.
... And today...
➡️ Topic 4: A mixture of Topic 1, Topic 2, Topic 3
And I was impressed:
This is the finale of the experiment
here are the MJ prompts ChatGPT created:

As I write this Hong Kong is experiencing a bit of turmoil. The photos of protestors I see are quite striking and a reminder that when one's freedom is taken away, trouble is not far behind. But for me, this is Hong Kong. The city is filled with spirited people who are not afraid to stand up and be heard. While Communist China will ultimately win, perhaps positive changes can be made tho' I'm cynical to believe freedom will win.
That said, Hong Kong is a vibrant and vigorous city that rivals New York City with it tall and massive skyscrapers. It is easy to feel dwarfed walking along the streets. You might even feel as if you're in a deep hole as natural light seems so far in the distance. If you reach your hand toward the sky, perhaps you'll touch the light tho' you never seem to touch the light.
I've spent a relatively short amount of time in Hong Kong as the city is always a stopover as I travel to/from Bali. Sometime I'd like to spend an extended period of time in Hong Kong to touch the soul of the city. I want to know all of its curves, quirks, tastes and sounds. Up to now I've experienced the top tourist things to do and this isn't quite so satisfying for me. It's almost as if I've only seen the superficial while I know there is a heart and soul to the city.
As you can view in the video presentation in this blog post, I can only recommend the Star Ferry Harbour Tour, the Tram and Tramoramic Golden Ticket Tour and Temple Street Night Market.

7DWF Monday: Free Theme
I recently finished reading a very interesting collection of short stories entitled Save Me Stranger, by Erika Krouse. The stories are pretty wild and go in all different directions with quite a large variety of main characters and settings. Many really made me think more deeply about life situations and reality.
In any case, the collection starts out with the following quote from Anaïs Nin:
"Stories are the only enchantment possible, for when we begin to see our suffering as a story, we are saved."
I've been thinking about that quite a bit and I immediately start thinking about how when you are going through a traumatic incident, it is sometimes helpful to picture yourself removed from your body, as if seeing it all from an existential distance.
How will we understand and tell our own stories with this huge change in history...this turmoil, these atrocities currently happening in our names. And, of course, the "winners" are the ones who get to write those stories but none of us are winning here. Some of us may be lucky to survive but that's about all. What we've all collectively lost is immeasurable, whether we write it down or not.

Scrivimi
quando il vento avrà spogliato gli alberi
gli altri sono andati al cinema
ma tu vuoi restare sola
poca voglia di parlare allora
Scrivimi
servirà a sentirti meno fragile
quando nella gente troverai
solamente indifferenza
non ti dimenticare mai di me..
E se non avrai da dire niente di particolare
non ti devi preoccupare
io saprò capire
a me basta di sapere
che mi pensi anche un minuto..
perché io so accontentarmi anche di un semplice saluto
ci vuole poco..
per sentirsi più vicini
Scrivimi
quando il cielo sembrerà più limpido
le giornate ormai si allungano
ma tu non aspettar la sera
se hai voglia di cantare
Scrivimi
anche quando penserai che ti sei innamorata
Tu non ti dimenticare mai di me
e se non sai come dire
se non trovi le parole
non ti devi preoccupare
io saprò capire
a me basta di sapere
che mi pensi anche un minuto
perché io so accontentarmi anche di un semplice saluto
ci vuole poco
per sentirsi più vicini
Scrivimi
anche quando penserai.. che ti sei innamorata
..Tu scrivimi

SONG REQUESTED FOR ALL YOU LADIES!
www.youtube.com/watch?v=G7KNmW9a75Y
Lyrics:
We were good, we were gold
Kinda dream that can’t be sold
We were right til we weren’t
Built a home and watched it burn
I didn’t wanna leave you
I didn’t wanna lie
Started to cry but then remembered I
I can buy myself flowers
Write my name in the sand
Talk to myself for hours
Say things you don’t understand
I can take myself dancing
And I can hold my own hand
Yeah I can love me better than you can
I can love me better
I can love me better baby
Can love me better
I can love me better baby
Paint my nails, cherry red
Match the roses that you left
No remorse, no regret
I forgive every word you said
I didn’t wanna wanna leave you
I didn’t wanna fight
Started to cry but then remembered I
I can buy myself flowers
Write my name in the sand
Talk to myself for hours
Say things you don’t understand
I can take myself dancing
And I can hold my own hand
Yeah I can love me better than you can
I can love me better
I can love me better baby
Can love me better
I can love me better baby
Can love me better
I can love me better baby
Can love me better
I
I didn’t wanna wanna leave you
I didn’t wanna fight
Started to cry but then remembered I
I can buy myself flowers
Write my name in the sand
Talk to myself for hours
Say things you don’t understand
I can take myself dancing
And I can hold my own hand
Yeah I can love me better than
Yeah I can love me better than you can
Can love me better
I can love me better baby
Can love me better
I can love me better baby
Can love me better
I can love me better baby
Can love me better

I spotted these deer with different colours together at Dunham Massey yesterday, before reading your write up Tim on different colours of fallow deer. I thought it might be of some interest to you Tim.
"If I wanted to know who you were hanging with
While I was gone I would've asked you
It's the kind of cold, fogs up windshield glass
But I felt it when I passed you
There's an ache in you put there by the ache in me
But if it's all the same to you
It's the same to me... Tis the damn season"

Pick up the pen, put it on the paper
Write on my skin, bring me to life
Can't start again, there ain't no eraser
All of my flaws, you got them so right
Everything is blank until you draw me
Touching on my body like you know me
Write on me
Color outside the lines
Love the way you tear me up
Baby take your time
Write on me
Give me some wings, I'll fly
Love the way you tear me up
I'll never change my mind
Write on me, write on me

Robin Redbreast
By: William Allingham
Good-bye, good-bye to Summer!
For Summer's nearly done;
The garden smiling faintly,
Cool breezes in the sun;
Our Thrushes now are silent,
Our Swallows flown away,--
But Robin's here, in coat of brown,
With ruddy breast-knot gay.
Robin, Robin Redbreast,
O Robin dear!
Robin singing sweetly
In the falling of the year.
Bright yellow, red, and orange,
The leaves come down in hosts;
The trees are Indian Princes,
But soon they'll turn to Ghosts;
The scanty pears and apples
Hang russet on the bough,
It's Autumn, Autumn, Autumn late,
'Twill soon be Winter now.
Robin, Robin Redbreast,
O Robin dear!
And welaway! my Robin,
For pinching times are near.
The fireside for the Cricket,
The wheatstack for the Mouse,
When trembling night-winds whistle
And moan all round the house;
The frosty ways like iron,
The branches plumed with snow,--
Alas! in Winter, dead and dark,
Where can poor Robin go?
Robin, Robin Redbreast,
O Robin dear!
And a crumb of bread for Robin,
His little heart to cheer.
