WORRY
1.The picture shows a young student facing a problem of high uncertainty. This emotion creates body changes that are clearly visible and that can be translated into health issues. Worrying creates tension, anxiety and concern for possible or just imaginary scenarios.
2.This emotion plays a role in the decision making process in a way that people tend to make faster decisions, without thinking things in the right way. They also tend to put a higher value on money, allocating reasonable resources to a certain product. By being worried they also tend to put everything into consideration, creating a slower decision making process, that at the end relies on the security the company has to offer in their products or services.
3.Knowing that certain profile of customer, firms might create a higher level of confidence with the consumer in order to give those clear and transparent reasons to choose them. In other words, creating a better profile to the eyes of the consumer in terms of assurance and safeness.
