WORRY DOLL LEGEND - There is a legend amongst the Highland Indian villages of Guatemala: If you have a problem, then share it with a worry doll. Before going to bed, tell one worry to each doll, then place them beneath your pillow. Whilst you sleep, the dolls will take your worries away!
I shot this scene at a homeless person's camp. They weren't there. The following is an excerpt from the right page.
Overcoming Worry
Father, I depart from evil and do good. I seek, inquire for, and crave peace. I pursue (go after) it! When my ways please You, Lord, You make even my enemies to be at peace with me.
Another image of pet/owner interaction that demonstrates the emotional power of dogs. It is quite obvious in this image that the dog is more worried about being photographed than the human.
The dog was startled by my camera and the sound of the shutter. Like a human, the dog is unnerved by something he does not understand; I tried to capture his concern.
