I was once sharing Bhakti literature and met a man who said he was a lawyer. I asked if he had heard of the law of karma, to which he replied “No” and quickly closed the door. While it may be cool to casually toss the word karma around in conversation, unfortunately, this is a common response to any deeper discussion of the topic. Of course, we all recognise the need to understand the law of the land we live in, and our parents take care to teach it to us for good reason. But what about the universal law - wouldn’t that also be worth knowing? While making this photo didn’t realise who these people walking towards me were until they got close and I saw that they were police officers, and because we all knew the law and were following it we happily traded smiles as they marched by. This caused me to reflect on how Bhakti Yoga naturally harmonises our consciousness and lifestyle with the universal law of karma, making it a true no worries lifestyle.

Steve's eyes sometimes make him look depressed, which puts me in the mind of Annabelle, who was adopted out a couple months ago.
