Worries shown in the man's face for the issue of relocating and re-built of the flea market in Solo, Pasar Triwindu. Soon the complex will be replace by the modern two storeys building. There are no more alleys to browse, sellers gathering in front of their kiosks. The kind of atmosphere soon will be replaced by the modern era. Everything what has been there for ages will be destroyed.

that's not 100% true. I worry about zombies MOST of the time

Claudia is a little apprehensive about seeing the bright sun light. She'll be okay though.

Christopher Froome, Stuart O'Grady and Jens Mouris were pretty much done for the day. They appeared to be enjoying the downhill route to the finish.

You are worried about seeing him spend his early years in doing nothing. What! Is it nothing to be happy? Nothing to skip, play, and run around all day long? Never in his life will he be so busy again.

~Jean-Jacques Rousseau, Emile, 1762

It's all good. And if it's not all good, we will just have to fix it.

(Like maybe I should fix that pink glow on my throat reflected from my sweater...)

From the phone box at SJ118309 climb up the road past Maes farm and through the gate with clear footpath sign, skirt the left hand sidde of the forest all the way up to the top of Mynydd Tarw marked by a shelter cairn at the corner of the wood, follow the ridge west to Foel Wen (& south top) unmarked flatish tops, follow the fence all the way to the end where Tomle is marked by a very small cairn, onwards to the monument post then drop onto the footpath down to the begining of the wood and follow the bridleway east along the road back to the start

My dad injured himself yesterday. He fell while riding his bicycle and has broken his clavicle and cracked a rib. He also hurt his head quite badly and, very worryingly, has been quite confused and disorientated. Thankfully, he seemed much better today but is being kept in hospital at least one more night. Yesterday was a very bad day. Today has been better, but still full of worry. My dad is a great dad and a wonderful grandad to the twins, the sooner he is back to full strength, the better.

This is my husband looking over the hill to see what fun we can have on the other side. Taken on a specially allocated off-road area in Scotland - puddles, mud and steep( to very steep), rocky, rutted tracks. Great.

Climate Crisis, Smacking, Dirty Politics - I found this in Emory's back back. I can not imagine what this is in reference to!

“Worry compounds the futility of being trapped on a dead-end street. Thinking opens new avenues.”

Jan 16 - I can't remember where I bought this from. It's a worry doll that is suppose to go under the pillow and sleep will come easy. You know nights where you just lie there and think and think and worry about the smallest thing ever and it just keeps you awake?

Plus I took no photos today. I was starting to worry and I saw this doll. Worry doll to the rescue!

Why worry, there should be laughter after the pain

There should be sunshine after rain

These things have always been the same

So why worry now

It is impossible to feel worry, anger, depression, or any negative emotion of any kind in the presence of genuine gratitude.
