Hertford Cakes in Fore Street has both friendly customers and staff. I enjoyed my two cups of coffee and especially the artist painting advertising on the window. Art to me is not how much it costs but to witness the clever way the artist did her work gave me pleasure.
The latest work in progress is a pair of young African Elephants in graphite on A3. Loads of work to do still!
This Great Egret was up-a-tree hard at work preening its beautiful wing feathers !!

The passage to black and white, plus the increased contrast, added to the grungy look made this a little more ... coquin as we say in french ... LOL

A pair of heavy steel toe, steel plate black leather work shoes. They are huge! I don't wear them too often because they are so heavy and a little too big for me. My regular feet size is 10 US.

Finished work and popped round to a friends before going home. Having a coffee in the garden, ironic for me after serving coffee all day lol. Still it’s lovely to have a chat💋💋💋💋💋💋

A single SD50 brings a work train west through Shiplock Park in Richmond. The 8610 is a former Seaboard engine, but looks right at home here on the old C&O.
The Natural History Museum in London is, to my eyes, the most beautiful building in the UK. This is worth viewing large on black.
