Wild Marjoram. (Origanum vulgare).
Wild Marjoram is actually the same aromatic herb as oregano which is used in Mediterranean cooking. Its small, pink flower clusters can be seen on chalk and limestone grasslands in summer.
It's a species of flowering plant in the mint family, Lamiaceae.

Wild Arum / arum maculatum. Pioneer Meadows, Derbyshire. 20/04/18.
A fresh Wild Arum plant, one of many in a rather damp, shaded area of woodland. This specimen had plenty of dark blotches on its leaves, making it very attractive. However, I noticed that the majority of plants in the area completely lacked these leaf markings.
Vantage, Washington on the Columbia River. These sculpted steel horses are so appealing and compelling as is their installation on a bluff overlooking the Columbia River I cannot resist them. Grandfather Cuts Loose the Ponies (also known as the Wild Horse Monument) is a public art sculpture created by David Govedare in 1989–1990 and situated near Vantage, Washington. It consists of 15 life-size steel horses which appear to be galloping across a ridge above the Columbia River.
Wild burros live in the hilly terrain along edges Riverside, Highland, Moreno Valley, Loma Linda, and Redlands in inland Southern California. Some say their ancestors had escaped miners back in 1800s.

I found this wild flower on the Fleet in Dorset this afternoon. It looks a bit like a cornflower. The macro lens has revealed the wonderful detail in this flower.
Wild ponies roam the mountains in the Southern areas of the Brecon Beacons. They don't usually let me get this close.

That plant is a type of wild rose (like the dog rose), and the red fruits you can see are rose hips.
This plant is easy to identify by its serrated leaves and thorns on the stem. The rose hips are known for being edible and very rich in Vitamin C.
Thanksgiving Day wild turkey that survived the holiday. Photographed near Mill Creek, Walla Walla County, Washington just before a family meal of turkey and all the trimmings. No wild turkeys were harmed for that meal. IMG_1369

I'm not so good at guidebook ID's, but I'm thinking this is a Wild Violet (or maybe a Prairie Violet). In post-processing I lightened this one up a stop or so to give it a fresh, springy look....

There are many wild horses where I live. On my way to work, I spotted this beautiful foal with the herd that I regularly see near home.

Just a small "wild west style" diorama. It`s a part of a much bigger MOC but I couldn`t find time and determination to take pictures.
So enjoy...
