Sunrise at Bow Fiddle Rock near Portknockie in Morayshire, Scotland. This was a particularly good morning. The tide was right, the sea was active and the light came along eventually and gave us some really nice colours. Definitely worth the wait and the effort.
When you really haven't been feeling yourself recently but decide that it's time to rejoin the human race, there really is only one place to go.

because of the very dry summer 2015 River Wisła got quite dry so it was possible to walk on its bottom and people definitely enjoyed it!
So... I don't know where is the vodka but it's my version of Bloody Mary for Crazy Tuesday theme My favorite drink 😉

When at Yellowstone, we went to several of the lookouts for different views of the canyon. While Artist Point seems to be the most popular, for photography, I prefer this view from Lookout Point.
When a few flowers died in each of two bunches of flowers I was given, I merged them together and think the colours go well.
Day 17 post-op yesterday and I took a walk down the road, with Ray and 2 crutches for company (although I can now manage fine with 1 indoors) my target being to the local church and back. It was slow, the traffic a bit noisy to somebody unaccustomed to walking out but there is a handy seat near the church.
Once home, Ray checked the distance and found I had walked just over half a mile - well pleased!
When you visit this town you see plenty of pig statues everywhere. The locals believe that the name Schweinfurt came from a long time ago when wild pigs crossed the river. Some historians do not think this is correct but it is a good folklore story and it still continues today.

Years ago I bought a pack of 'Happy to Serve You' disposable paper cups in N.Y., to bring home a litlle Morning-New-York-Style to the somewhat slower countryside mornings in Denmark.
The flash was on automatic, and didn't go off on most of the images, but in this one, the coffee looks just as golden as the first cup tastes :-)
When we visited the Grand Canyon earlier this year, we experienced a couple snow storms. The canyon rim was a bit treacherous at times but it was still beautiful.
When I was trying to photograph a Weasel, I heard an Owl calling and looking up, saw a Little Owl on a distant wall with something it had just caught.
I was hoping another Owl might appear but there was no sign.
When out looking for the Hermit Warbler, this gem dropped by. It was eagerly searching all the trees for food
A highlight at the end of 2022

When i was walking in our beautifull holland i saw this buzzard on a branch, he was not afraid at all and i could get really close to it. which gave me this awesome result :D
when i slow down, it's easier to choose kindness, patience, and understanding. when i pay attention, it's easier to work from love not fear. in this moment, there's no urgency—there's time to pause, breathe, and be.
