So this is my Sprocketphone, for want of a better title. My first welding attempt ever, really. The coolest one this gal made shaped like a heart (a real heart), with strings inside it you could reach in and pluck.
Lock to a Palestinian home welded shut, as the street which their house is on is forbidden to them. The few remaining Palestinian families who live on this street have been forced to cut out holes in their roof to reach a street that they do have access to.
Area high school students competed in the inaugural Carl Sandburg College Welding Competition held May 18 in Building G at the Main Campus in Galesburg. Teams from Galesburg, ROWVA, United, Monmouth-Roseville and Galva competed in the event.
closeup showing the jaws and the welded joint on the slide, took it into work as the slide is 8mm steel and the gasless mig i have in the shed won't touch it, trips the breaker out if i try to weld anything above 3mm! could have MIG'ed it and sanded it down but i was on the TIG that day so cranked it up to 120 amp and it looks better than any MIG joint!

Grows on waste ground up to 6 or 8 feet tall - much taller than Wild Mignonette, although most specimens are about 5 feet high. Long narrow sinuous stems which are normally highly contorted covered in a long inflorescence over most of their upper length, the lower length is covered in long narrow leaves.
