The pinky sky gave the blue waves a nice touch.

The tripod took this photo - standing alone first section deep in a swirling mixture of surf and sand. Meanwhile the photographer had scurried away and wes cowering somewhere up the beach trying to keep his feet dry. :-)

The Murchison River is the second longest river in Western Australia. It flows for about 780 km (480 mi) from the southern edge of the Robinson Ranges to the Indian Ocean at Kalbarri.

The dawn rising directly behind the 6 ft swell on Coledale Beach (NSW) created the perfect waves for surfers and photographers alike

I love being close to the ocean as much as possible. Its the only place I've ever felt completely at ease and myself, its the place where I belong.
