This year, the European Week of Regions and Cities will celebrate its 20th anniversary! It has become the biggest annual Brussels-based event dedicated to cohesion policy which brings together regions and cities from all over Europe, including politicians, administrators, experts and academics. I didn't agree with a lot of what he said but his delivery was very entertaining. I told him he should start podcasting. These are his book recommendations.
