Clarity was my Word for 2012 but it really names my search, my lifelong journey. And I'm ok with that. ~Kathy

These pages are from an old Brownie scout book that I bound into my journal. I liked the activities, so I didn't cover the text over, just added to it. Eraser stamps seemed appropriate.

Here are my two planning journals (storyboard bitches, I fondly
call them) and this year's International Fake Journal Month entry, tentatively titled, "Cocoa Gallery." The journal pages measure 9x7.25" and the tall storyboard beeotch is 6x11". Both are hand bound from Strathmore 500 Series Mixed Media board, vellum surface. The small kraft bound Moleskine journal is 5x8.25". All three books are lovingly adorned with canvas duck, glued on with generous amounts of clear gesso. TBD whether any color or design will be added to the covers.
This year, I specifically desired a journal which would lay FLAT for scanning and would fit on my scanner. So far, so good.
This journal, along with previous fake journals I’ve made are corraled in albums on my Flickr page:
