"While I was away in Spain, I visited two CrossFits, one in Madrid (CrossFit Maherit Rio) and one in Barcelona, (Reebok CrossFit BCN). Both were great and had very intense classes. It was great to see people from a different culture have the same obsession as we do. I've attached a picture to the email. I figured it would be cool to show CrossFit South Brooklyn go global! Feel free to share on the blog if you so desire! I'll be more than happy to share the experience with you more the next time I see you!"

From experience, I knew that at that distance with hard light I can shoot at ISO100 and F8 or so. I metered in Tv mode and found that I can shoot at about f8 or f6.3 at sync speed, so I set the camera to ISO100, F6.3, 1/250 sec and waited for my family and friends to come out :-)
Other tourists look quite confuse when they walk out and see a strobe on the ground...
If I were to do this again, I'd tripod the camere so I can grab a shot without anyone in the doorway so I can use it to photoshop out the ugly shadow on the door...
