sushi of asatsuki, bamboo shot, tomato, eggplant and mushroom. i've never seen vegitable sushi before, but they're really good. i liked the delicate balance between rice and vegitables.

a menu created for a TV program "necchu-yawa" (NHK BS2). they kindly asked me to show up at a feature segment of bentos. i declined the offer (you know i'm a camera-shy ;)), but it was quite fun to answer their mail interview. if they don't ask, i would never had a chance to think a menu for kids who hate vegitables.

April 23, 2014. I'm in Ottawa for financial training. I shot this downtown on Lyon Street while searching for a grocery store to buy frozen fish and vegitables (not easy; I had to settle for canned salmon).

Found this cute little @ Madiwala market, bangalore during BWS shooting.

Entire market can be seen in his eyes. Note his decorated bindhi too.

Understood from him that the default human expression is HAPPY :-) Isn't it?

Boaring day & product photography for the first time ever!

This is not uncommon in Bangladesh.. even in Urban areas. Many multi-storied roof-top has such small gardens with flowers and vegetables.

This is the result of many hours of work and many cups of "Sweet Water" being boiled down. The term Sizibuckwud was the Native American word for the sap of the maple tree. The Europeans translated the term to "Sweet Water" and learned how and when to tap the trees. The primary product the Indians and Europeans made was Maple Sugar since it was easy to transport and lasted longer.

I am still collecting sap and boiling it down but so far I have 4 1/2 pints of the sweet syrup.

Dedicate this photo to my wife. She loves to cook.

just to record my bravery. it's simply unbearable to cook when it's 35C outside. btw, avocadoes are one of my favorite vegitables. i believe they taste the best with lemon and salt, but i also like to have some slices in salad like this.

Funny little legs on this one.

Within a month I have to finish about six more motorcycle seats for a motorcycle show/anniversary party at a Motorcycle club just outside Oslo.. I have two seats ready, one which I´m working on and one I just started.. and six to go.. I will also borrow one or two which I have already made and sold.. Next week I will also get three custom made seat pans which I designed, one of them with a brass frame.. so a lot of work to do.. :-) but working with leather is a lot of fun!

This is a traditional Pakistani savory appertiser or snack made up of pastery shaped into a triangle with some filling which may include onions, pototaoes, peas, coriander and possibly meat (Lamb or Chicken) or other vegitables. The somosas when prepared are deep fried and then usually served with a chutney or other condiment.

Jennifer (Jen's Photography) and I went into Chicago to shoot at one of the farmers market in Lincoln Park on Saturday.

This table had some really beautiful beets and rutabagas on it and with the sun hitting it just right it begged for HDR rendering.

The 90-Second Fitness Solution vook is a revolutionary new way to experience the powerful strength-training plan of Pete Cerqua.

With this vook, you can read about Pete’s exercise techniques, watch him demonstrate each exercise technique individually, and follow him in social media to get even more insight. You’ll shape up, get fit, and be looking great in no time.

Pete has developed an incredibly innovative strength-training plan that includes only the most efficient exercises. While only lasting 90 seconds each, they powerfully accelerate your metabolism. By doing these exercises and following his sensible yet simple eating approach and lifestyle advice, you will become stronger and leaner. And this will happen quickly — so fast that you will shrink your body by a full dress size in just eight weeks. You’ll be able to stay healthy without relying on a calorie counter or spending hours at the gym.

The power of this remarkable program is its simplicity. You can exercise at home without changing into workout clothes. You eat well without counting calories or carbs, and you don’t even need a complicated grocery list. You won’t have to spend a fortune on equipment, gym memberships, supplements, or meal replacement products either!

Pete has created a truly manageable program for the busiest of women. The results are dramatic and all the more satisfying because they last. Skeptical? Many of Pete’s clients were too. Then they tried it; and their bodies got tighter and smaller. Their bones got stronger. They slept more deeply, handled stress better, and felt better than they had in years. So good in fact that they told fifty of their friends about Pete. He made believers out of them, and he’ll make one out of you, too.

The videos integrated in with Pete’s simple exercises, makes it feel like you have a personal trainer walking you through your workout. It’s the best of an exercise guide paired with the best of an exercise video — blended to create a uniquely satisfying (and doable!) plan to shape up.

Back when I installed my LEGO Angry Birds display at the Baybrook store, Matt (the manager) reminded me how much he liked the cat and pumpkin I built for him from the bricks available on the PaB wall the month before. I offered to build him a turkey the next time I was in the store (since it was late at the time), and he enthusiastically accepted.

Well today I went back to the store today, and this is what I came up with. I present:

The LEGO Turkey.

Built entirely from the parts available off the Pick a Brick wall.

That's right - a perfect pair! Right from our garden...
