398 yen ($4 approximately). I went to Azubu national market @ Hiroo. I found the space to promote ORZO and to provide sampling foods. I, off course! tried an orzo recipe. I ate boilded orzo with several vegitable and olive oil. The shape of orzo is like rice. But the feel of food while being chewed is different from the rice's one. I felt strange taste from orzo. I love Mediterranean food, so that i bought and will try to cook by myself .

Khlong Toey Fresh Market. Everything seems to be available here, nothing goes to waste. Vegitables, seafood, chicken, eggs, frogs, turtles, eels, spices, etc. It's a market for locals. I didn't see a single foreigner during my walk.

I'm in the process of analyzing video to determine where I need to cut things to make a clean MP3 of audio. I use my Zoom Q3 at rehearsals to document how things go and use as a learning tool. Tom has a recorder as well, but he didn't get the last two songs of our rehearsal where I did. So, I'm watching and listening for "Bottoms Up" and "Burn it to the Ground" both by Nickelback on my video footage so I can make an MP3 of the audio to send to the boys.
I have decided to do a five-day juice fast with Julie this week starting tomorrow (Monday January 30, 2012). I weigh 195.8 lbs and my waist is 102 centimeters in diameter. I don't expect too much from a simple 5 days of mostly injesting juice from fruits and vegitables but its a start! I know I'll have beer at least 2 times this upcoming week. But, I'll try to drink vegitable/fruit juice the rest of the time! Who's with me???
