I was born less than a mile away from here, Twickenham RFU the hallowed ground. In WWII the pitch was used to grow vegitables. Hence there is a Pub nearby called The Cabbage Patch. All of the stadium is relatively new. Even some of the newer buildings have been knocked down and rebuilt to its now glorious shape. However I will always remember it as child, with its concrete steps and corrugated tin stands with function rooms below.
Contains rice, shrimps, left-over vegitables (potatos, komatsuna, corn, onions), milk, flour, s&p with cheese on top. Delicious.
in japan, beans are often seasoned with sugar.i don't like these sweet beans because they make me feel like eating desserts in the middle of the meal ( imagine that you're eating steak and cake at the same time...). but this is one of a few salty variations of beans dish. my mom is really good at making it, so i'm trying not to ask her recipes. it's much better to wait at the table and have a perfect dish rather than being frustrated at the kitchen to make something similar to mom's cooking.
One of the places Duane and I went after the bridge lifts was up to Lincoln Park to the Farmers Market there. This lady was kind enough to delay her leaving so I could get this shot. This market is one of the best Farmers markets I've been to. You meet some very interesting people and see some very cool pets as you walk through, but the produce is stunning. The name of the market is the "Green City Market" (http://www.greencitymarket.org/index.asp )
Jen kept telling me I had to shoot some HDR shots of the Apple Jelly I made this year. This is one of the results... Jen was right, they are pretty and fun to see. Thank you Jen !

Tausende Besucher sahen den Festumzug und begeisterten sich an den Darbietungen, der Trachtengruppen und Musikzüge in der Worth.
In diesem Jahr nahmen 20 Festwagen, 12 Jugendwagen und 7 Musikzüge teil.

My weekly Pioneer Organics delivery arrived today and after washing all the veggies they looked so nice I thought I'd take a picture to share. They will be yummy!
Gurgaon is an upcoming metropolis close to New Delhi, where many multinationals compete with each other to open their offices.
Parts of Gurgaon retain the rustic touch. This is a local market place selling vegitables.
The other day Jennifer (Jen's Photography) and I went shopping. I wasn't feeling that great and wandered through the fruit area. I picked out a few sweet purple and sweet red plums, a couple of pears and a bunch of limes. Then I wandered over to the meat counter and found a nice Chuck Steak... plan coming together... then found some Raspberry Balsamic to marinate the meat...
Jen added some fresh grilled mushrooms, some brussel sprouts, spinach, and some red pepper spears.
Yup, we ate good that night.

I ate couscous after a long time. I have eaten couscous 10 years before in Granada, Spain. I think the reason why I have not eat couscous is not delicious for me maybe. This day, I ate a couscous lunch set (including salad and tunisian bread, and tomato soup). Light and small couscous pasta is curious taste for me, like long grain rice, Breadcrumbs.......... Fistly couscous and tomato soup in small saucer was served. Fortunatelly, additional tomato soup is free, so that I ate two tomato soup ( yummy!!). I also enjoyed dried grape and chick pea around the cous cous pasta. From those ingredients, I sensed this dish is arabic food.
If I eat this dish at restraunts in Maghreb country, where climate is dried and hot, My impression may be different. But here is Tokyo where climate is humid and mild. I believe the instinctive human's want for foods is strongly related to natural environment. So, I think it is maybe difficult to taste couscous fully, because of difference of climate from Maghreb country.
To sum up, Couscous maybe gains popularity among Japanese people, becasue of that couscous is healthy and is used popular ingredients in Japan. But is there any reason to eat couscous rather than spagetthi, soba, ramen or rice?

EOS10D was released in 2002, I bought it 10 years ago, but still it can be used.
In addition to EOS10D, I have also EOS40D and EOS7D.
However, at present, those EOS cameras are in dead storage.
I'm using mostly Olympus PEN E-P3, because it is so light and compact, in addition, the Pen E-P3 has good enough of functions or features so that I can take a quite good photos with stress-free.
On the other hand, still I'm thinking to get EOS 5D Mark-III with full sized image sensor, but it is over my budget, so, I'm now under the hard negotiation with my wife to agree for additional budget, but the outlook for my negotiation isn't bright, so far.

During the latest 5 years, number of chinese and indian restraunts increases in Tokyo. And those restraunt owners also chinses or india in many cases. Especially, those chinese resutrant provides authentic style of chinese. Becasue of geographical reason, there are many chinese shops traditionaly in Tokyo. But menu of such chinese resutrant is arranged by Japanese sence, and tastes is also mixtures of Japanese and Chinese tastes. In some case, there are some recipe it does not exists in China. Gomoku soba (photo above) is also one of them.
I have visited Hong Kong and Taiwan for several times. But I have never seen gomoku soba (above) or similar menu. Above menu is lunch set menu; gomoku soba, small rice and small almond jelly.
Generally gomoku soba is more expensive than typical ramen, becasues seafood and vegitable is over noodle. ex) cuttlefish, prawn, dark edible mushroom, bok choy, dried cloud ear mushroom and other. Soup is a little slimy becasue of potato starch.Tastes is not bad. But price is expensive(price is 900 yen). I think fair value of gomoku soba is 600 - 700 yen (7-8 USD). Generaly rent of shop in Roppongi is expensive so that resutrant is also force to set higher price than other area of simillar restruant. Many restraunt located in such area make efforts to add value from other aspects of tastes and quality , like shop interior, using organic food, natural food as ingredients, adding sweats, adding small rice, , set price free of rice and miso soup, and etc. I think restraunt (china kitchen) fail to add value to typical gomoku soba. I suggest to set lower price for gomoku soba set at least 800 yen.
But this restraunt is gettting popularirty among employees working near offices. I do not know reasons. That is curious.
